The condominium is extremely well located, New, comfortable and beautiful. The spa of salinized water is a distinct advantage. The trail to the beach is quiet and nearby. I was bothered by the impossibility of receiving people, as my brother lives in Campeche and this caused a bit of inconvenience... It is a dynamic of all apartments in the condominium, for guests. Fabricio was a great host - we had a little difficulty gaining entrance to the complex on arrival but Fabricio responded immediately to questions and helped us to get sorted very quickly. He offered to come over to the complex to get us sorted! The property was very clean and bright and had all the equipment we needed for a very comfortable stay. It also had private access to the beach from the complex.

excellent place, the pools the apartment everything as for spending tremendous vacations, it would be missing some sports court and some place to get together to make asados several families since although the balconies have grilleros at 10 at night you have to be totally silent.

We arrived a little earlier than anticipated and were able to check in smoothly. Place is neat and tidy, airy, comfortable bed and by car is close to the beach and the stadium where we went to see the show. It is very close to the center of campeche and there you have several options of restaurants and places to have a coffee. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Fabiano's place. It is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless amenities and advantages for families with children (swimming pool, soccer field, basketball, ping pong, bicycles, etc.). The quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay as if you were at home. The photos do not reflect how nice and spacious the place is. Excellent internet as well as TV. A special mention to Fabiano's attention, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times during our stay, which went smoothly!
