The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The accommodation is similar to the photos, very cozy, everything very clean and providential, place with a good location, you are very helpful, we are very well accommodated, we will come back other times.

The apartment is super comfortable. When we arrived, everything was impeccable, clean, tidy, with the smell of perfume throughout the house. We stayed 13 days and in the middle of our stay, we were surprised by a bag on the door with clean sheets and towels for replacement. The service is impeccable. I'll leave the most important thing for last. Luciana and her husband are two super attentive, friendly and respectful people. They were always available in case we needed anything, and in fact there was no need for anything because everything was taken care of perfectly. Luciana, I send a big hug to you and your husband. Very nice and quiet place, wonderful view, everything was fine with the stay. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent, as in the photos, we had a problem but they responded super quickly. The area is perfect, close to everything and rua das stones. The only thing that was not so good is the issue of the hot water in the shower, it was not hot it was warm pulling in cold, but only that as a not so good point but everything else recommended.

The apartment is exactly the same as the photos, the only thing that changed (for the better) is the refrigerator which is a great commune. It is super well located, a few blocks from Rua das Pedras and several beaches; and almost on the main avenue where all the vans pass. Leonardo welcomed us very well despite arriving at 1 in the morning (flight was delayed) and both he and his mother were always attentive to us missing anything. I definitely 100% recommend staying here!

Carla's apartment has an excellent location, close to Rua das Pedras, close to many restaurants and with the best view. Everything was well organised and clean, and on top of that they allowed us to check in an hour earlier and made us very comfortable. Our stay was a wonderful experience. Thank you!!

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well-equipped, clean, we love it! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very helpful, in addition to leaving treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Everything was very good, only on one Saturday there was a little noise due to the high flow of vehicles, but everything was excellent, close to everything, the place was very nice, we would return with my family.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
