We loved the accommodation, we felt at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the fridge and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the Forte beachfront takes you to the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs anything, a 10 out of 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable shoes for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. Very good stay, close to the beach but in a neighborhood, this accommodation allowed us to access everything we needed. The welcome was perfect and the accommodation was faithful to the photos.

Me and my family love lodging. The apartment is perfect, everything is clean, fragrant and with everything you need. We felt at home!

The space is very good. Great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial downtown, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings the location is very good. Thank you and I will always come back. If you want to go for a walk, it is very fast by car from Pontal beach to enjoy the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio day and night (a tip these 2)

Good place and very good location!

we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

The place is even nicer and more comfortable than the pictures. Very spacious, in a prime location, with a very quiet beach and a beautiful view. You can really enjoy the sea at all times. The view from the house has been dazzling since you enter. The accommodation includes Sandra's service as a clean and cook, it deserves a separate mention of her dedication and warmth. In the morning he would arrive very temparano and prepare breakfast, cook lunch and leave the house sparkling when he left. We didn't speak Portuguese, but we were able to communicate without a problem. The house is very well equipped and decorated in a very warm marine style, it is noticeable that it is used by its owners, we managed to feel at home. Regarding buzios, it is about 45 minutes away with the night transit. The condominium where it is is a very nice place and with private security. We stayed for 7 nights. If back in Buzios, it would definitely be our first choice back to this house.

I booked Edward’s house in Búzios to celebrate my birthday with friends flying in from Europe, and everything was absolutely perfect. The house exceeded all our expectations – it’s even better than in the pictures, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. Fatima, the housekeeper, is truly fantastic – warm, helpful, and an incredible cook. Her meals were a highlight of our stay. Her son Fernando kindly did all the grocery shopping ahead of our arrival, so everything was ready and waiting for us, which made settling in incredibly smooth. The house itself is fully functional, comfortable, and ideal for a group gathering. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying a meal together, we felt totally at ease. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a special and stress-free stay in Búzios. I would absolutely come back.

We loved the stay. The super comfortable and modern home, we felt at home, held 13 very comfortable people, nor did we want to leave rsrsrsr. All excellent. The lake view, impeccable. Great stay! Gustavo was extremely attentive from start to finish, always available to assist us. The house is very comfortable, well-equipped and well cared for. The condominium is secure and well located. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Great place for a family vacation!! The house is beautiful and the views are unmatched!!! The beach is peaceful and somewhat secluded. The only thing to note is that it can be a little dangerous with children, but we had a 1 year old, 4 year old, and 7 year old and everything went smoothly! Just be aware they will need some constant vigilance. Other than that, everything was amazing and we would definitely come back again!!

The incredible house, super comfortable with facilities to really enjoy, the beautiful environments, the two kitchens (barbecue and main) with all the utensils and more made cooking simple, they even have a dishwasher, we loved everything and not to mention Dany's attention, who with his service let us enjoy the holidays without even thinking about cleaning the house, room service and breakfast ready to wake up, it was worth paying extra money to be able to enjoy that too. In short, we spent a few 5-star days, thanks friends, it makes you want to come back always!!

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.
