The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

There is a wood-burning stove, gas grill, washing machine, wifi, chromecast, covered terrace , possibility of storing bikes in an enclosed basement. Important to know: The house is not furnished as a rental house, but personally. The only thing we expect is that the house is left in nice and clean upon departure. Close to shopping, harbor and beach. Præstø is a small, cosy town with about an hour's drive to Copenhagen and Møns Klint.

The house is close to the water, Præstø city, the forest tower and the scenic Møn, so there is a good opportunity for eventful excursions. I live in another house on the property myself. Enjoy the evening sun on the outdoor area with a nice cup of coffee and a lovely book-or just what you need.
