It is close to the safe bathing and surfing beach at Praa Sands and only a 5-minute drive to the coast path car park at Rinsey Cove. The beautiful harbour village of Porthleven is a foodies' paradise and is only a 7-minute drive away. The cottage is well placed for the many attractions that West Cornwall has to offer. The cottage is cleaned and sanitised to a high standard.

An 18th Century hidden gem, full of character

The Annex is a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of a private lane, surrounded by fields. Attached to the main family home but with its own entrance, the annex is very large with one bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom (located downstairs) and a well room! The house is nearly 300 years old and we’ve kept the decor light and spacious. There is ample room for two people or a small family. We have a large garden with lots of space and would love for you to enjoy it too.

Our place is great for couples with a dog that loves to play on the beach! Whether you like to walk the coast path, explore the beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall or take a stroll on a beach there’s something here for everyone. We have 11 acres of garden to share with you; a serene lake where you can sit and read a book, chickens to feed and a fire-pit where you can toast marshmallows before you snuggle down in front of your wood-burner. Elmfield barn is conveniently situated on the A394 for exploring the beautiful west Cornwall coast and countryside. The comfortable accommodation is ideal for couples who appreciate having the great outdoors on their doorstep, yet within easy reach of many places of interest and excellent restaurants and pubs. The A394 can be quite busy at times, so some traffic noise can be heard during the day when the windows are open. Fans are provided for when the weather is hot.

Suzy and Ollie have thought about all your needs so you feel right at home. There is a games shed with a ping pong table, dart board & table football so whatever the weather there's plenty to do. Great for Surfers, walkers, swimmers, cyclists, and Art lovers. However we are very Sorry no pets allowed.

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
