My home is one of 400 original buildings and is being incrementally restored to show off its original character and highlight the work of local crafts people and artisans. Huge deck space, both covered and open, with outdoor bbq, Firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

A place to unwind while sitting on the big covered deck or exploring the countryside. We are close to Nature Parks and beaches and 25 min to Mt Washington. To Courtenay is 12 min, Campbell River is 20 min away.
