The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Spacious 2 bedroom ground level suite is in my home. It provides everything you need to enjoy your time while exploring Powell River. Own private entrance and driveway, patio with barbecue, internet, TV, Roku. Fully equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome. It is considered rural-12 km to town, 3km to the golf course (towards town) and 4 km south to a beach. The neighborhood is quiet which makes it conducive to a good night's sleep. Conveniently located close to town, shopping, the recreation centre, walking distance to trails, lakes and the ocean. Upon arrival you will see that the winding driveway leads to the blueberry orchard and where we call home.
