Take a break and relax in this peaceful corner. This bright studio equipped with air conditioning is brightened by birdsong, and all the essences that surround it make this place charming. I will greet you with Venus, my young dog, a very endearing boxer! 45 minutes from the beaches (Hossegor, Labenne), 10 minutes from the A64 (Peyrehorade exit), 12 minutes from Dax, 45 minutes from Biarritz Airport, at the top of the hill it is located in a village, Cagnotte, starting point for walks.

A seulement 1 heure de la montagne et de la plage, 20 minutes de Dax et 15 km de Salies de Béarn. Mon gîte, totalement indépendant, classé 3 épis Gite de France et 3*** en meublé de tourisme. Vous pourrez profiter de notre piscine (de mi-mai à mi-septembre) et du grand jardin. Les draps ainsi que les serviettes de toilettes sont fournis.

La Belle Landaise 1809 - "Arridoulet" Gîte no. 2

La Belle Landaise is a property of 7 hectares of trees and flowers offering you peace and quiet, at the gates of the Basque Country and the Landes beaches. On site, a swimming pool (11 m x 5 m secured by 1 alarm) and a 3-seater outdoor spa are to be shared with the guests of the other 2 cottages and the owners on site. Perfectly integrated with the rest of the property, this adjoining gîte will seduce you with the impeccable quality of its services.

The tipi

Come and spend the night in the heart of the farm animals under a Saharan tent equipped with two double beds. You will have the privilege of attending the feeding of the animals in the morning. Bathrooms, a kitchen and free parking are available on site. The teepee is located about 200 meters from the sanitary-kitchen-parking area. Breakfast is provided. Bed and bath linens are not provided (can be provided for an extra charge and upon request).

"LE CŒUR DE XANET" CABIN

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, come and enjoy our rental. This 70 m2 house, with tasteful decor, includes 1 large bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, on a 5000 m2 plot, quietly fenced, with a beautiful panorama. For the summer season, you can enjoy a swimming pool to share with the guests of the 13 m x 5 m yellow house and a playground for children and adults (swing, petanque court, etc.) PARTIES PROHIBITED
