Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Portstewart

I booked this stay for my parents for my dads birthday/Father’s Day. They absolutely loved it and sent me videos of inside and outside the house. The house was clean and comfortable for their getaway, and the videos I received looked beautiful. They loved the views (whenever the rain cleared finally lol) and mum adored the cows in the field beside them, and laughed at them waking her up early mooing. Nan was very responsive and gave me clear instructions to pass onto my parents to allow them to get inside. Even had an egg service for fresh eggs from the farm if you fancy some in the mornings. They had an excellent night away at the house and I’d highly recommend!!

Perfect location for easy access to the promenade, the strand and everything in between. Gorgeous views, lovely period home which retains its character but is warm and homely. We really appreciated the clean linen, well kitted out kitchen, washer and dryer and big back garden. The living room is a standout - really comfy sofa and armchairs, beautiful bay window and fab views. Also very grateful for Sean’s support in accommodating our needs at the end of our stay. Would happily stay again.

This cottage is really sweet and comfy. It is literally only a few steps to the rocky, wild romantic beach. We had great sunsets that we could watch from the warmth of the livingroom. You can walk to Ballycastle in 20 minutes. It's a very special space in every way and we appreciated it very much.

Great stay with the family. Lovely home with a beautiful garden to spend time n. The house is in a very walkable location with great restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect during our stay but Robert was on hand if we needed him which was nice to know. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

The stay was AMAZING! Alastair is one of the best host I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. First off the home. It was such a comfy we'll decorated place. The Garden was Beautiful. The location was perfect, going into town or off sight seeing it, wasn't an issue at all. Now the Host. We Booked the stay for my wedding and Alastair made the stay so simple and relaxing. He got back to all our questions immediately and even helped us out when we were in a pinch. Definitely a MUST stay for your next trip!

We stayed here with our two sons and our dog. The house was so comfortable and cosy. The space was perfect and so well designed and maintained. The gardens were fab and very secure so the dog could potter around and we could leave the door open. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was easy to use. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone travelling this direction. As an aside, the local area is stunning. We completed many walks and many cafes etc were dog friendly so we could bring her inside which was so easy when the weather was bad. This is my new favourite location in Ireland as it was just so easy and every single person we met was so nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to friends and family!

Beautiful, cozy home. Well stocked with supplies and even provided some snacks. Location was easy to find and close to restaurants. The only problem was we only there for one night. We would have enjoyed the place for longer if we had more time.

We had a fantastic trip, the apartment was very modern and beautifully decorated. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Perfect location, short walk to shops, restaurants and beaches, beautiful sea view from balcony and living area. Would definitely recommend

We had to book last minute as my father in law passed away, and John couldn't have been more helpful! He was always prompt with his responses, super friendly when we would bump into him and the place was immaculate. It's situated right at the beachfront and within a short walking distance from shops, restaurants and pubs. It was also lovely and quiet and felt very secure so I felt very safe there with my son. Thank you so much John!

Lovely place , quiet , spacious, decent size beds :) Well equipped kitchen and great books for children :) Met Pat he was very nice . Would not hesitate in recommending to other guests .

We absolutely loved our stay here - it was peaceful, calm and well provided. The view is pleasant and it was such a novelty for us to see sheep grazing just next door. It was a shame we only stayed one night!

Outstanding. We knew there was a good view from the place but didn't realise we'd be watching the sun setting over the bay from the comfort of our sofa! The location is also really good for exploring the Causeway coast in both directions. The place was spotlessly clean throughout and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Sleepy Hollow while in town for a friend’s wedding. Ron and Iris were fantastic hosts, so kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed for a week and Mickey was very helpful with checking in upon arrival. The welcome pack was useful for things to do and suggestions for places to visit. The apartment was very clean, with lots of amenities available.

Better than imagined. It really is a beautiful, relaxing, comfortable place to stay and I wish I didn't have to leave. Everything you need is provided and thought of. It is a gorgeous walk along the sea front to Harry's on the beach for food. Stunning views through the picture windows and decorated to a high standard. One of us has mobility issues and it was all on one level and bathrooms, front door and bedrooms are spacious and easy to access. I want to plan another holiday here just so I can stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home, it's very special.

This was a last minute few days away, and what a find, so peaceful, I loved the garden, could just potter about in it all day, huge fish pond so relaxing . Little slice of heaven. We have 2 pugs one very very anxious, Nicola was so understanding. Hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Definitely recommend this place, in such a lovely area and walking distance to the beach .

We had a fantastic stay! Colum gave us a tour of the thatch roof cottage and shared stories and videos of local culture. We walked to the ancient tombs and saw more great views of the area. The space was so comfortable and the bathroom was amazing with a great shower and heated towel rod. The house is beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Janice was a great host. Accommodation and location were fantastic. Access to great walks, buses, food (to eat in or eat out) all very easy. Bushmills was a good base to discover the Northern Ireland coastline.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, just what i wanted.would certainly book again.

Herring pond exceeded our expectations. The setting was fabulous with beautiful views and the location was very walkable to pubs and restaurants. Parking was easy. Our host Yvonne was welcoming and warm. The apartment was. So very warm, welcoming and comfortable. It was extremely well appointed and the amenities made our stay so lovely. We lacked for nothing. It was one of the nicest Arbnbs we’ve stayed at, and we’ve rented them all over the world.

Brooke was nothing but kind and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. I left my makeup bag behind by mistake and she even offered to mail it for me. Wonderful place to stay.
