Family-friendly holiday rentals in Portstewart

This was a last minute few days away, and what a find, so peaceful, I loved the garden, could just potter about in it all day, huge fish pond so relaxing . Little slice of heaven. We have 2 pugs one very very anxious, Nicola was so understanding. Hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Definitely recommend this place, in such a lovely area and walking distance to the beach .

Great place and amazing and kind host! She was very helpful and accommodating showing us around and making sure we had everything despite our late check in.

Just back from an amazing 2 night stay at the cottage with the 2 fur babies, gwyneth and keith was absolutely outstanding hosts! very helpful and fast replies… the 2 dogs absolutely loved the big garden and will sleep for about a week now!😂 the cottage was gorgeous and was very clean. The garden was huge and very private with outstanding views. The hot tub was a huge bonus, the hosts have absolutely thought of everything and really go above and beyond for the guests all the wee extra touches they do were fab we all really enjoyed our stay felt right at home, will definitely be back!

Hugh's house was stunning I really enjoyed my stay here would love to come back again. The place was so clean and the kitchen is beautiful, he had everything in that you would need. The outdoor area was private and quiet, it was a blessing to sit outside and have a coffee in the morning. I messaged him questions about the hot tub and he was very responsive and easy to follow with his instructions. A brilliant house and location, Thanks Hugh!

Orla's property was a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of busy life. A beautiful wee gem in nature, log cabin exactly as pictured, clean with all facilities to enjoy your stay. Orla was very responsive to any questions asked. We are glad we got the added extra of the hot tub, which was lovely to relax and take in the stunning views of the sun setting. We fell in love with their beautiful dogs Marti and Gerry it was lovely to get a wee visit, they were very friendly. We would definitely recommend their accommodation for an escape. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you 😊

Lovely quiet location, pub across the road and town a short 5min drive. Beautiful area for walking at Fairhead and Murlough bay. Great kitchen facilities and ensuite rooms. Lorna was available and answered any queries quickly. Would be great accomodation for a large group or family get together.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings and a beautiful house. The smell as soon as you enter is lovely, just like a sauna with all the cedar wood. The view is beautiful, and the hot tub was super. The house is close to all the activities, a 5 min drive to everything. Thanks Pearl for a lovely stay!

We had a great few days at Donna’s home. Everything you need is there. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. Located just a few minutes walk away from the beach, shops & bars it’s perfect for a short break. 😎

Charlie's place was a peaceful cottage, well positioned for visiting the Causeway. Everything was in good working order, warm to come into on the chillier nights and lots of hot water. The beds were very comfortable. as we were just 2 adults and 2 small dogs there was lots of space and the dogs were very relaxed there. good space outside, with a sitting area and clear space for turning the car. Great weekend. We knew as soon as we walked in through the door that the accommodation was clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend stay 😁

was lovely spot...handy for the beautiful causeway coast...Terry excellent host... loved the sunroom..the house had everything we needed and more... fully recommend if your in the area..

Trevor‘s place was just a short walk from Bush Mills distillery, that was awesome. Had a great barbecue, washer and dryer, which is so helpful, and more TV channels then we knew what to do with Thank you, Trevor for a great place to stay

wow what can I say. we had an amazing stay the property is so central to get everywhere and it was great to be able to walk to restaurants and bars in the evening. the house was a home from home with everything you could ask for and more. would totally recommend

We stayed here with our two sons and our dog. The house was so comfortable and cosy. The space was perfect and so well designed and maintained. The gardens were fab and very secure so the dog could potter around and we could leave the door open. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was easy to use. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone travelling this direction. As an aside, the local area is stunning. We completed many walks and many cafes etc were dog friendly so we could bring her inside which was so easy when the weather was bad. This is my new favourite location in Ireland as it was just so easy and every single person we met was so nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to friends and family!

Nice bungalow in a quiet area of Portballintrae in walking distance to Bayview hotel, Bushfoot Golf club restaurant and the Boat club house by the harbour. For a evening meal, we used the golf club which was good, drinks at the boat club and had a breakfast at the Bayview, which was ok but dissapointed that they charged extra for toast when we had 6 full Ulster fry's ! To make the accomodation even better, maybe a remake of the kitchen and remove the painted tiles would enhance the overall appearance.

We were traveling as a multi-generational family of 7. Everyone, from the teenagers to the grandparents, loved our stay at this place! It was a convenient landing spot for exploring the area and was a nice place to sit, relax, and watch the water through the windows. Lisa was very responsive when we had a few questions and provided some good suggestions. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out a bit and the ability to use laundry facilities was handy after we'd already been traveling for several days. We were a little sad to leave....such a lovely spot!

We had a great stay at Castlerock! Plenty of room for my family of 9. Pleasant, short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

The house had evweyrhing you needed. The communication with Denise was good. The location was great for getting around all the tourist spots and lovely walks and beaches near by. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Janice was a great host. Accommodation and location were fantastic. Access to great walks, buses, food (to eat in or eat out) all very easy. Bushmills was a good base to discover the Northern Ireland coastline.

We loved this spot, it’s perfectly accommodating for a family of 5 and the location is amazing. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!
