Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Portstewart

Just back from a 2 night stay at Distillers rest. Had the best weekend. The weather was fab so the Giant's Causeway was visited in the morning and Portrush in the afternoon. We were right next door to the Bushmills distillery which MY hubby visited, the stagger home was less than 5 mins. Restaurants within walking distance. The house was spotless and laid out perfectly with space to relax, with 5 people and a dog. Jill provided an information attachment with everything from things to do, places to visit and all takeaways and restaurants near by. Amazing hosts, will definitely be back.

First time stayed at Zoe's Portrush rental house, and it has been big hit. House is very comfortable with big back garden and has all necessary amenities. Bathrooms are newly and beautifully redecorated and comfy beds. We walked to the Portrush amusements and beach from the house with 4 year old and found walk interesting and relaxing. Zoe been most helpful and quick to respond to all messages. Super host! Will definitely be back again!

Joanne greeted us to walk us through the property and filled us in on local to-do’s. Loved her recommendation for the restaurant, Tank & Skinny’s, in the town of Limavady. Excellent sandwiches/desserts. Very clean and welcoming with tasty goodies (bread,cookies, jam,butter), milk, coffee,and a bottle of wine. The washing machine/drying rack came in handy. Really enjoyed the mini-balcony on the 2nd floor to stargaze. Wow!! What an amazing place set on a rolling countryside road, with high quality construction and finishes. Ask about the cute Austrian sheep up the road, sooooo cute.

Nice quiet area, town is in walking distance. Absolutely everything in the house you would possibly need and a nice touch with fresh milk and bottles of water and some food for us to use. Would definitely go back.

The stay was AMAZING! Alastair is one of the best host I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. First off the home. It was such a comfy we'll decorated place. The Garden was Beautiful. The location was perfect, going into town or off sight seeing it, wasn't an issue at all. Now the Host. We Booked the stay for my wedding and Alastair made the stay so simple and relaxing. He got back to all our questions immediately and even helped us out when we were in a pinch. Definitely a MUST stay for your next trip!

A really lovely house that was in a great spot with wonderful views. Close to Moville but out of town and in a really quiet and pretty area. The bedrooms were all really well furnished and the kitchen was particularly well resourced.

Paul and Laura’s place is a charming cottage with easy access to the Giant’s Causeway and other nearby attractions. The cottage has a lovely old-world feel and was the perfect spot for some well-earned rest and relaxation during our tour of the area. Paul and Laura were kind and helpful in all our interactions. I highly recommend their cozy and welcoming cottage.

The apartment was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. It immediately felt homely and had all the amenities listed. The living area was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. It is close to the seafront with lovely views from the bedrooms. Fitter people than me would have no difficulty walking into town. There is a highly recommended restaurant very close to the apartment, but we chose to go to its sister in town. Heather is a fantastic host and kept in touch with us during our stay. I highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Nuala's beautiful flat. We got detailed check in instructions prior to our arrival and the little extra touches that Nuala provided were very much appreciated. The flat was super clean with everything you could want and more! It was a perfect base for our stay and we can't recommend it enough. Thank you Nuala for a great break! 🙏

Great location for going out and about in Northern Ireland. House clean and had everything we needed. Bonus of being able to take the dog and have an enclosed garden. Walkable distance to great shops and pubs and car journey easy to Giant’s Causeway etc.

We had a great time here. It's just a short walk into Portrush centre and to the beach. The apartment was quiet despite being so handily placed.

Highly recommend staying at David's place. Lovely spot, close to the beach. lovely host / great communication. Don't hesitate in staying in a lovely party of the world.

My family loved your place. Walking distance to the beach, short drive to Port Rush for groceries. We fell in love with the butcher shop , wonderful meat and fresh produce. The house was so comfortable. Especially the beautiful sunroom. We enjoyed the little stove every evening. We would stay here again. Our 15 day trip is now over, and the family voted that of all our accommodations yours was the very best. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home - we loved it. R Silvester June 2025

Absolutely fabulous stay at Julie’s. We didn’t want to leave. It is a beautiful house with really cool decor as well as being really comfy. The views were out of this world, the upstairs living room is so fantastic to sit & watch the world go by. The beach was just across the road & it was perfect to get up & out each morning to walk the dog. I would love to stay again!

This was a last minute few days away, and what a find, so peaceful, I loved the garden, could just potter about in it all day, huge fish pond so relaxing . Little slice of heaven. We have 2 pugs one very very anxious, Nicola was so understanding. Hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Definitely recommend this place, in such a lovely area and walking distance to the beach .

Orla's property was a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of busy life. A beautiful wee gem in nature, log cabin exactly as pictured, clean with all facilities to enjoy your stay. Orla was very responsive to any questions asked. We are glad we got the added extra of the hot tub, which was lovely to relax and take in the stunning views of the sun setting. We fell in love with their beautiful dogs Marti and Gerry it was lovely to get a wee visit, they were very friendly. We would definitely recommend their accommodation for an escape. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this private cabin. The hot tub was a bonus! Location was great just 5 minutes to the seashore and amenities. The heated picture frame of the Giants Causeway was amazing! Thanks for having us!

Amazing stay! This place had it all, beautiful walk, outdoor space was perfect with tv and hot tub set up outside. Indoors was sleek, stylish, spacious and super clean! Bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. My little pup loved the space outside and the gardens and forest walk. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and made check very easy and fuss free! I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The house is beautiful, large, clean, and comfortable. It has so much charm and character. The washer and dryer and dishwasher were added bonuses. The backyard going down to the river is lovely too. We loved our time here and would definitely return! Jasper was also very responsive and helpful.
