The sea is at the bottom of the road and you are a short drive from the heart of Brighton. High vaulted ceilings give the Annex a light and airy feel and it is furnished with a luxurious King size bed, with fresh linen, ensuite bathroom, open plan kitchen, sofa and flat screen tv. Outside the bedroom is small private courtyard with seats. On street parking on request at £3.50 a day.

There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

We are situated in a lovely area 3minutes from the train station it’s about 5 stops into Brighton and takes about 12 minutes . We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.
