Davide's was very friendly, reactive and flexible, even if we booked the flat last minute. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and it accomodated everyone super well. It is literally 5 minutes walk to the beach and everything you may need. I can definitely recommend!

Giulia welcomed us to this beautiful house on a hill, from which you can see the sea and a breathtaking landscape. The cleanliness was impeccable and the house has all the necessities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed for two days and the experience was more than positive. The apartment is modern, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. A short walk from the main square of Civitanova from which you can reach the promenade and the shopping and nightlife streets. Carlo was an impeccable host, attentive to our well-being and available in any occasion of contact. 5 stars with praise for Carlo and his beautiful home.

A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we only stayed one night due to a ferry cancellation, so we didn't explore the area as much as intended. However we had a very comfortable night and managed to fit in lots of the older sights of Ancona

Oliver is a great host! Accommodating and helpful. Answered all questions we had. His house is clean and well kept. Really lovely, would recommend.

Luxurious accommodation. We had a family vacation, we all liked it. The owner of the apartment arranged a transfer from the airport and back for us, it was a necessary convenience for us. Clean, cozy, close to the beach. Recommended 👍

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is as described, with a modern bathroom and everything you need, even in the kitchen (breakfast for a couple of days was guaranteed) It is on the second floor and the stairs are slightly steep with narrow landings but for us it was not a problem (a little movement is good) We used the terrace in the evening to dine, even if you have to take another flight of stairs to bring up what you need, but after the excellent fish-based lunches on the waterfront, the dinners were light. You don't enjoy the view but a fresh and pleasant breeze, at least during our stay Dino was full of advice, always diligent and lent us his bicycles, which were useful for getting around the long cycle paths in the area We reached Grottammare Alta and Marano (Cupra Alta), which are really beautiful. In the evening, leaving the house in two minutes, you reached the main street, lively and with many clubs We liked San Benedetto (even the oldest part), we hope to return

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

We had a great time. Accommodation as described in a great location x explore the surroundings. Andrea is a really kind host, he welcomed us in person by making us find Pizzette,juices and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Recommended.

Really good stay and nice host Clean and great location

The stay was very pleasant, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very fast Wi-Fi, very close to the center that can be reached comfortably on foot, about 10 minutes, always free parking in front of the house. A few steps away is the beautiful Abbey of Santa Maria in Castagnola, an architectural Romanesque but within Gothic style, very well preserved. It's worth a visit. More than positive!

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

Mrs. Stefania is very helpful, she recommended many beautiful places to visit. Very nice apartment, with all the essentials. We felt right at home.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We stayed at Villa Terrione for 10 days over Pentecost in May with 2 kimderns and 2 adults. The property is as new, mega-maintained and very well equipped. The facility is secured, so you can leave your car and valuables with a clear conscience. Pool (unheated) and jacuzzi and tennis court in top condition. Even 4 tennis rackets and balls were available. The location is quietly located in a mixed area away from the city. A great restaurant is 100 meters away ( definitely try it). Annamaria and Francesco were great hosts! We had WiFi topics at the beginning, they took care of them right away. Every request is kindly and confidently answered. We will be happy to come back.

As I have already expressed with the five stars, everything is excellent, both Alessio is very helpful and the house is super clean in everything. I was with my wife and my little girl in total relaxation, which was what we needed. It's a shame we only had a short time, otherwise we would have stayed even longer than a week. Highly recommended and I hope to return as soon as we have some time

Accommodation that met our expectations, great location, a few minutes from the sea, well organized residence with pool and tennis courts. Manuela was very helpful, always in touch with us and gave us a lot of useful information about the neighborhood. Large and spacious house with a fantastic terrace!!!!
