Holiday rentals with beach access in Porto Recanati

The apartment was even better than the description and photos. It was much more than a rental house, it felt like a second home with all the equipment and comforts of your own home. The view is splendid over the entire Numana coastline, from the living room/kitchen, from the large patio, and from the upstairs bedroom from which you can watch the sunrise over the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and that is not normally found in rental houses. Adriana and Franco were very welcoming, helpful and generous: they provided us with basic food, but also various local products that were very welcome. They provided us with all the necessary tourist information and also left us a "gift" that we greatly appreciated. We couldn't have felt better!

I had the pleasure of staying at Angelo's apartment for a week in August 2024. I must say it was a really nice experience. The apartment is in a really strategic location, a short walk from the historic center and just a few minutes' walk from the beaches. This allowed us to move around comfortably without having to use the car, minimizing travel and fully enjoying the vacation. Considering the privileged location, cleanliness and hospitality, I think the value for money is good, but it would be even better if the apartment were renovated especially with regard to the fixtures and bathroom fixtures. The host was extremely kind, helpful and attentive to our needs from the first contact. Upon our arrival, he welcomed us personally, showing us in detail all the features and providing us with valuable advice. Thanks Angelo, if there is an opportunity we will definitely come back.

Clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Sabino is an excellent host. Coming back here... is like going home for me.

Sirolo is a gem. We loved the location of the apartment. Right above the square so with the windows open, you are immersed in the action with the sea in view. With the windows closed you are removed. Main bedroom is in the back and so very quiet. Great recommendations and well-appointed. It’s a narrow space and lots of stairs. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful area.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

I was looking for an apartment near the beach so I wouldn't have to walk or drive miles every day, (with the stress of parking). Annalisa's apartment is very close to the sea, 100 meters from the beach and allows you to fully enjoy beach life, as we like it. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking space in the inner courtyard, the presence of all appliances in the apartment and air conditioners in every room for a relaxing vacation. Although we didn't have many opportunities to see each other since there were no problems, Annalisa made a great impression on us, a kind and caring Host. Paolo M

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deckchairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 m away. Restaurants 100m away. Pizzeria that delivers to your door. We found this property by chance and we were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really great Host, upon our arrival we arrived and gave us all the necessary information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, everything completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and bathing structure included surely makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition to these great strengths, the centrality of the apartment is really convenient to everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking maximum 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the village center. A really great solution. Highly recommended

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

We have had the privilege of staying in Dinos apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.
