Attic of 120 m2 (5th floor)with covered terrace of 30m2 sea view in a quiet condominium with doors, on the port, reachable by a 30-step staircase and then elevator. Private garage two parking spaces one after the other. Electric heating system/air conditioning/hot water boiler/fireplace, wifi. The house also lived by the owners, is very comfortable and well furnished , with linen, full kitchen (dishwasher/fridge, oven) wardrobes in all rooms,closet with washing machine.

Bus stop below the house (to Feniglia beach, Orbetello...) and all services within walking distance (Coop, grocery, tobacco, pharmacy, bars, boutiques and restaurants). Wi-Fi available for work (no netflix). Pets not allowed. Smoking only on the balcony.

one bedroom, ground floor of our villino on the bay of small village Pozzarello. independent entrance with some shared outside areas. on the BEACH but on the road too, so do expect some car noise in season, access the beach by a private underpass in 30 seconds- never needing to cross the road great for family. Lovely & cool in summer with aircon. Good value and fenced in outdoor space.
