Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. The property includes a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a master bedroom and a second room with two beds that can also be used as a living area. Outside, a livable terrace with table and loungers, perfect for relaxing. Additional features include wardrobes in every room, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a large parking space. A private staircase allows easy access to the town center in about 5–10 minutes on foot.

Stone farmhouse in Val D'Orcia

19th-century Tuscan farmhouse with exposed stones immersed in the wonderful Tuscan countryside with a splendid view of the Val di Chiana. It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. It is located in Sarteano, in the village, an ancient medieval village with a dream castle, known for the Music and Jazz Festival that takes place at the end of summer. We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.

The Bandita dei Bovi

The cottage is located 4 km from Castell'Azzara, surrounded by the greenery of an olive grove consisting of 38 olive and fruit trees and surrounded by wooded land and pastures, overlooking the valley offering a breathtaking 180° view starting north with the Fortress of Radicofani until descending towards the west to get lost on the horizon among the Sibillini Mountains. 300 meters from the provincial road, it can be reached by a dirt road.

Mandrioli Country House

Cozy independent house in the countryside just outside Porto Ercole. Located only a few steps away from the historic center and the shops. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two couches and a dining table. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There are two bathroom. There is a veranda with a marble dining table, a sofa and some deck chairs. Outside the house there is a big barbecue and a wood oven.

My accommodation is in the town's historic center It is only 10 km from Terme of Sorano, while 20 km from Bolsena Lake and Saturnia (spa). You'll love my place because it's bright, panoramic, clean, and welcoming. Suitable for couples, sole adventurers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). Note: if the reservation is for two people it means only one bed, for an extra bed it is necessary to book at least for 3 people.
