Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Porto Cervo

We stayed for a week at this beautiful villa, waking up to gorgeous sunsets every morning… We had the most stunning sea view. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was an added bonus. We hired a car to go around and it was very convenient for us to visit the surrounding areas and beyond. All the recommendations provided were spot on especially ‘La Cinta’ beach and ‘la Taverna’ restaurant! Vincenzo was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. Missing that gorgeous view…

We had a fantastic stay at Michela’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and Michela was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the cozy garden, the local guide with great recommendations and a smooth check in process. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thanks again for everything!

Patrizia was very kind at all times! Upon arrival, we had a 6-hour delay from our airline and they waited for us when we arrived at night. Every other day he asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and from the first minute he gave us recommendations on what tours to do/which beaches to go to/where to eat like a local. From the moment we arrived until we left, she was always ready for anything, with a huge smile. I would give it 10 stars, although I can only give 5 on the platform. Thanks Paty! Absolutely stunning villa. The scenery is breathtaking and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There are multiple balconies equipped with tables, chairs and chaise lounges to enjoy the incredible views. There’s a nice beach within walking distance and markets and restaurants close by. Property manager was so sweet and responsive to all of our needs. We can’t recommend this place enough.

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

One of the top homes we have stayed with AirBnB. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pieceful and relaxing trip to this region - beautiful home, fantastic swimming pool, and 15-20 minutes drive to great beaches.

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

A great house, with a garden and porch with incredible views of the island of Tavolara. Roberto and Luciano were very kind to us, and always available for anything. The area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a few days of rest. A 2-minute drive away, you can hire excursions to the island of Tavolara and its surroundings, with turquoise waters and spectacular seabeds. A great accommodation find. Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

We recently had a 3 night stay at Manuela's lovely home. From the moment we arrived in Golfo Aranci we were blown away by how beautiful the town was. Manuela's home was absolutely spotless!!! Everything from the floors, linens and outdoor areas was pristine clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is large wardrobes to store your belongings. Off the bedroom is a sunny terrace with a laundry so we were able to do washing. The home is even better than the photos provided on the Air BNB site. The view from the apartment is stunning. We sat on the back terrace morning and night watching all the activity on the water. The home is very relaxing and peaceful. We walked to the beach and supermarket easily and Manuela provided a great folder full of information about the town and maps of where everything was. Whenever we needed to contact Manuela she responded quickly and was absolutely lovely. Our only dissapointment was we didn't stay longer!!!! We loved everything!!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. Our flight got delayed and we had to check in later next day. Marilia helped us every step of the way. The place has a beautiful balcony view. I am thinking of coming again already!

Isabella's mom was very kind and very helpful. The apartment is located in a position that was strategic for us (we have been going to Sardinia for 4 years and it was the best for us as a location). The place is quiet and the apartment is well served! There are restaurants nearby that you can walk to and also services such as a supermarket, bar. One day it was cloudy and raining, the pool was a lifesaver.

It took us 8 minutes to get to Floriana and Kristina's place from the airport. We had taken an evening flight so it was great to only have to drive a short distance to our accommodations. But what was amazing was the selection of restaurants, shops and live music available once we got settled in. Next door was a wine bar, there was an amazing restaurants with an acoustic singer a few steps past that. It was so nice being able to have a great meal after a long day. The walkability of the entire area outside of Floriana and Kristina's place was ideal for an already beautiful area. After dinner, we went for a walk down to the ferris wheel and got some great views of the area. The apartment itself was gorgeous - so clean, exactly as described and it was very quiet in the evening. We had no issues with falling asleep - we were in disbelief that this bustling area outside had no impact on the quietness of the interior of the apartment. Love these accommodations and wish we stayed longer!

Everything was good! 😊 The view is amazing. Everything in walking distance (supermarket, beach and of course ferry to La Maddalena). Communication with host very good and quick response. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is beautiful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica was always very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We'll definitely be back next year!

Our stay with Luisa and her husband was very nice. The place is very, very clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is simply everything you need, but really everything. We felt very comfortable. Our hosts are very friendly and provided us with good tips, they were always easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. Thank you so much for this lovely stay.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

We loved staying here! The apartment is beautiful, and we spent half our trip sitting on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view of the water and dock. The hosts were super helpful and beyond friendly when we had to slightly change our travel plans as well! There are many beautiful restaurants just a minute or less away, and a supermarket across the street too. We plan to come again, it was magical!

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.
