The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Extremely kind hosts who are available to help and recommend for practical things, such as parking, garbage collection... the very clean accommodation, with plenty of sheets, towels, even from the sea, equipped with pots and utensils in abundance. The apartment has two entrances, a small terrace where you can spend your time pleasantly, the fantastic location, one of the most popular on the island, above Cala Gavetta, a marina that is a real gem just a step away from the historic center. To come back I would put the signature on it.

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The apartment was very cozy and in a very charming and quiet village. But above all we want to highlight the good deal with the host, she helped us by troubles and was flexible at all times, as communication with her was always quick and clear!! Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! We had a great time. Matteo sent us recommendations before the start of the trip and inquired directly after arrival if everything was okay. The property is very spacious and super clean. In the village there are some delicious restaurants, but the house is more on a quiet street. The beach in the place had nice water and was not too crowded when we were there at the end of September. To check out, his warm mom Monica even brought us local pastries. We had a great stay :)

We LOVED Eleonora's house! The setting is exceptional! The large garden, terrace and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the sea view and the surrounding forest. The singing of the many birds adds charm to the place. The house itself is well-equipped, spacious and very pleasant too. We were with a 1 year old baby and a 5 year old child. High chair, baby bed and baby bath are available. Less than 20 minutes away we were able to enjoy beautiful beaches and walks, especially near the Costa paradisio and isola rossa. a little further we loved castelsardo and santa teresa de gallura in particular. Eleonora and her mom were very welcoming and available! One of the best places we were able to stay. Thank you! We hope to return someday and we will definitely recommend this place to our loved ones.

Good friendly communication, flexible, everything wonderful. It would be good to know that the window of the children's room opens to the neighbors' terrace. However, did not bother us because there were no guests there.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Had everything we needed and the view was absolutely gorgeous, better than anticipated. The place is quite homey and quaint and I was obsessed with the way it was decorated. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Marta's apartment. The view is spectacular and the accommodation was clean, spacious and with everything we needed.

A fabulous apartment with everything required . The location was amazing and fantastic to be so close to the Beach , Supermarket and Bus Stop to Olbia. The buses can be a little unreliable , but we were happy to just stay around Pittulongu and enjoy the beautiful beaches .
