It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace overlooking the sea furnished with a table, chairs, and armchairs.

The house is accessed from an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a private garden, with lawn, of about 200 square meters.

In the house: two bedrooms, one double, the other can be double or twin, combining the two beds. The window of the second bedroom has no view. The two bathrooms in the house both have a shower. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.
