Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our loft will immerse you in a special atmosphere among the scents of the sea and the illuminations of the past, being located in the heart of the historic center of Piombino, a short walk from the sea and archaeological sites such as the Castle, Rivellino, Archaeological Museum, Museum of the Sea, Town Hall, Porticciolo and Piazza Bovio as well as all the services making your stay fully relaxing.

Villa Federico - Casa Isabel in Capoliveri

Casa Isabel is an apartment for 2-3 people. It has a separate entrance and a parking space. With its 40 square meters, it is suitable for couples or a small family. We have individually furnished it with a lot of love and care. The private terrace, with unobstructed sea views, is generously furnished. Villa Federico, located in close proximity to "Monte Calamita," a charming hiking and mountain biking area, is only 300 m from the beaches of Straccoligno and Ferrato.

Charming places Casa A, just steps from the sea

Casa di A. is a carefully furnished and fully equipped apartment featuring a balcony with a sea view. It appeals to cinema lovers with its vintage wooden armchairs and nostalgic black-and-white photos. The living area hosts a spacious, slightly retro lounge, while the kitchen is modern and welcoming. Its central and tranquil location, just steps from the Ghiaie beach, ensures an unforgettable stay. It's perfect for getting around without a car!

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

Casa Cotone

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

The house on the rock

Welcome to our "house on the rock", a tiny and charming apartment of 28 square meters and a terrace overlooking the sea, built in the 1900 (as the whole building) on the terraces, overlooking the harbor of Porto Azzurro. Furnished with the necessary and very close from the center, it is ideal for those who want to experience Porto Azzurro and have a base from which to visit the island of Elba!

Vista Meraviglia

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED THE ACCOMMODATION TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EACH NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment for the total of the nights booked. Bright penthouse with wonderful views of the Island of Elba and a large panoramic terrace that surrounds the apartment.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
