A modern, warm and spotlessly clean house, ideal for two people. Diane is very friendly and helpful. An easy level walk into Lymington, and an ideal location from which to explore the New Forest.

A family of 4 (kids 5&9yrs) had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful surrounding fields to enjoy with horses. Our dog Alfie enjoyed the large garden and outdoor space. My mum visited for a couple of nights and stayed in the cabin which she said was very comfortable. The cottage is within a 3 minute walk to the New Forest heath. Some good pubs within a short drive. Highly recommend.

This lovely little house was bright, clean, very well equipped, and (most surprisingly for its brilliant central location) not overlooked. Erla responded almost immediately to any queries. Nice touch to leave the parking clock on the table for us so parking in the nearby car park was free. It was also very easy to park directly outside while loading/unloading the car. Will definitely return if we the New Forest again. Thank you.

Great stay. Made for a good base for exploring the New Forest. Had everything we needed and was fully functional. Appreciated the Smart TV and comfy bed. Thank you.
