Monthly Rentals in Portland

This place was better than the pictures! We loved curling up by the fireplace. It was so cozy! And it was beautifully decorated! It was a bit cold but we turned up the heat and they had nice extra blankets to keep warm-plus gas fire place to warm us up. There was a coffee maker with coffee, coffee filters and sugar so we didn’t have to buy that. Also location was so great. We walked to the center and went shopping along the way at some great thrift shops, funky retro game stores and gift/antique shops. There also were great restaurants that were walkable and a couple corner store/mini grocery stores. We drove into town and took the ferry to peaks island which was fun even in the cold. It’s a beautiful/interesting place to walk around even in the cold. Finally we went to the axe pit to go axe throwing which was about 10 minutes away by car in south Portland. Drew was very responsive. I called a bit late at night with a concern and he helped me right out!

Fantastic place for a month long stay! The place is tastefully decorated and light. The towels and bedding were all soft and comfortable. Having all the little bits like soap and dish supplies was really great too. I really liked the couch, it was so comfy for a movie night and the Nespresso machine was a blessing in the mornings. Street parking was okay as long as you find the right windows to park up and the amazing food and drink within 50m of the door is mind blowing. Big shout out The Shop, Lil Chippy and Bellflower Brewery!!! Awesome airbnb, the wifi and door code entry was so smooth and consistent.

Doug’s place was perfect! The place was very clean and great for what we were looking for. The location was perfect for either a nice walk or quick drive into the city. We would definitely rent again.

Loved this place! It was perfect for a long weekend. It’s in a great location, and my partner and I were able to walk downtown thru the charming neighborhood peacefully. As for the place itself, it was well kept and had everything we needed. The host had a bowl of snacks and some wine left out for us which was perfect after a long day of traveling. The unit did have some wear and tear as older buildings tend to have, but it was still very clean and well kept. I also appreciated all of the kitchen utensils and supplies as some places don’t have a lot. Even the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, makeup wipes, and toothpaste! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to any friends visiting Portland.
