The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

A quiet, end-terrace cottage in Huntly, off the main streets but in easy walking distance to the train station and town centre. The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. Our holiday home is a home from home! Our boys have grown up here so we hopefully have everything a family needs. It is within walking distance to the beach, harbour, cafes and restaurants. A short drive away you will find distilleries, golf courses and the beautiful Moray coast. We spent 6 years renovating our beautiful fisherman's cottage and we regularly spend time here with our boys. We would like to reassure guests that we follow all industry guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.
