Great stay at Marie-Noëlle's. Super well located apartment to do everything on foot in Sète, well suited for a family. Very good communication and warm welcome. Flexible check-in and checkout which is a real plus. The terrace is really very pleasant. Just be careful 4 floors with no elevator but it's done very well!

Spacious apartment for 4 people, very clean and air-conditioned which was very much appreciated as it was so hot during our stay. Close to Béziers and the surrounding beaches, good location. Shared pools open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Good communication with Alain who lives above. Very rigorous inventory on check-in and checkout.

Lovely apartment - nice and clean on arrival and perfect for us as a family of three. We are grateful that we were provided with everything we needed, as we were flying in from abroad so couldn’t bring for example our own towels. Marie José was a lovely host, very supportive and helpful. It was very handy having a secure parking space and being so close to the beach for our young child. I highly recommend for a lovely beach holiday!

When we arrived, we arrived well in advance of the scheduled time of taking the premises, I contacted the host by mobile and immediately the daughter came to receive us and drive us to our accommodation. She gave us a tour and provided the necessary explanations. The accommodation perfectly matched the description in the listing. It's a very quiet and peaceful place. Our dogs were delighted and we loved this quiet and private place. The garden is completely secure, so the dogs could enjoy it to the fullest without being tied up. Our contact with the hosts was very nice and friendly, personally I'll keep this address under wraps and will talk about it around me. I recommend this place without any problems.

Excellent welcome from the owners, with information on the sites of Sète and especially the itinerary to walk to the city center. The rental is spacious, clean, as described and is located in a very green and peaceful area of Mont Saint Clair that overlooks the sea. We would recommend it without a problem.

Very friendly and caring host. Her mom is very helpful. She replaced the broken or missing equipment very quickly. The proximity to the beach, the possibility of taking your pet, the fact of being able to park in the garden, the air conditioning (even if it is a little noisy) are the big pluses of this rental. A peaceful place with plenty of space and good garden plus walks for the dogs. The hosts were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Comfortable beds, good user friendly kitchen and nice shower too.

We had a very pleasant stay in Florence's apartment. The view is splendid and the terrace huge! The living room is very large and the apartment is very well laid out. Communication with Florence is perfect, she is a very responsive and very friendly host. Marie Lise who welcomed us was also very friendly despite our many hours of delay, thank you for the kindness of her welcome. No complaints! No complaints, everything was perfect.

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlours in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

The apartment was great! A good size in a peaceful neighbourhood. Really easy to get into Montpellier, and beautiful park spaces nearby, too. Remi was a really accommodating host, too. Thank you for a great stay.

This is the second time we've come, we're never disappointed, clean accommodation, responsive and very welcoming host, we recommend the accommodation without a second thought.

We were very well received by the couple Antonia and Christophe from Laguna concierge. Very large, very sunny studio, very well equipped with dishes. Too bad there's no dishwasher. A very large market at the bottom of the building on Tuesday and Friday mornings. You can do everything on foot, shops nearby, restaurants 5 minutes away and the Etang de Thau next door. We took a boat to Sete, 20 minutes. We'll be there again.
