The village has a lovely relaxed, off-the-beaten-path feel with a selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants, plus surf hire / lessons and great walks to nearby beaches along the coast path. St Agnes is accessible by foot on the coast Path or a short drive.

In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

You’ll also find beach bars, cafés and other amenities. The whole area offers spectacular views of the sea and easy reach to cycle paths and quaint Cornish villages. Pepper Cottage is tucked away in a quiet spot in the heart of St Agnes. It’s a 500m walk to the village centre which boasts an abundance of amenities; cafes, pubs, bakery, butchers and veg shop. Trevaunance cove is less than a miles walk. The house has everything you need for a cosy stay year round. Perfect for families, couples and solo travellers. The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.
