We are in walking distance of both The Tinners Arms and the Gurnard's Hotel, which is renowned for its delicious food. Alternatively you can use the fully equipped kitchen to create a romantic meal for two, and enjoy in the cosy living space in front of the log burning fire.

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.

Lovely rural, cosy cottage with sea views

Morgelyn Cottage is a lovely, recently renovated, comfortable and cosy, former Cornish Miner's cottage in a quiet village setting. The cottage is located in the heart of magical west Cornwall (Poldark territory!) close to the Coastal path. There are spectacular sea views from the cottage. At night time you can see the light from Pendeen lighthouse, stars and the twinkling lights of the local fishing boats. Dogs are welcome, there is wifi & off road parking at the front of the cottage.

Niver Dew Cottage, Pendeen

An Enjoy England 4-star Gold Award, Grade II listed quaint Cornish cottage. Built from local granite, with beautiful views of the sea and the local mining heritage. Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

Set on a 160 acre working Pedigree Aberdeen Angus farm, The Byre is situated up a windy Cornish lane, attached to the owners’ farm house. This hideaway is set between the wild west moors and the Atlantic Ocean. A cosy tin miner's cottage in a tranquil area of West Cornwall, situated close to the cliffs on the edge of the village of Trewellard. This two bedroom house is in a quiet location, yet close to Pendeen and local beaches. The cottage has amazing sea views and both East and West facing gardens. Walking distance to local amenities, including a shop, pub, cafe and post office. An ideal spot for walkers and adventurers, with sea views and easy access to the Coast Path.

Pines at Carminowe Farm, a peaceful rural retreat

Cozy flat located at Carminowe Farm, just outside the village of Pendeen, slightly off the beaten track with no close neighbours, making it extremely peaceful and a haven for wildlife. It's a short walk to the shop, pubs and local facilities. The coast path is approximately a mile and a half away. The flat has ample parking and its own courtyard seating area. The hosts live in the main part of the house and have a border collie called Bill and a cat.

En-suite Rural Log Cabin

Purpose built wooden cabin providing an en suite bedroom, in the garden, tucked up behind the brook. Sleeps up to 3 people with the addition of an airbed (2 adults and 1 child), and enjoys views of the surrounding garden and brook. You are actually right next to the babbling brook, to lull you off to sleep! The cabin is a 7 minute walk from Tanglewood Wild Garden which ranks as number 5 in Tripadvisor’s 10 top attractions in Penzance.

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
