House holiday rentals in Porters Neck

We come to wrightsville beach several times per year and we will be back to this home. It had a great layout got a large family. We came with our 2 sons and our 4 grand children and never felt cramped. It's a home we will frequent while in wrightsville.

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

A great place by the beach. Phenomenal view of the ocean with easy access to the beach. The descriptions matched perfectly. Place was spotless clean and contained all necessary amenities. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

This is our second visit in this beautiful house. Everything you need for small kids and the island is one of our favorite places! Great hosts! Great house! We will be back.

Our stay was a very enjoyable experience, from all of the extra amenities that were available to us to enjoy (our young adult kiddos loved the bikes!!!), to the all over cleanliness of the house. The proximity between the beach and downtown was perfect for us and I loved the creative touches of the decor throughout.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The area is quiet and only minutes away from everything.

Perfect house for family vacation. Great middle location between the beach and river walk area. House was just as described and had everything need for a home away from home. Cathy was easy to communicate with and very quick to get back. Certainly will put this on our list for next Wilmington NC vacation.

Alex’s place was beautiful and spacious for my entire family. We had more than enough room to be comfortable. The home itself was beautiful and I personally loved the color palette. Alex was quick to respond and was flexible with check in and out. We will be back.

It was amazing the only regret is wish we could’ve stayed longer. There was a slight odor in the house but other than that it was pleasant!!

What an excellent experience. This was an incredibly lovely home, PERFECT for anyone traveling with their dogs. Our baby Eddie loved the yard. The home was Ahhhmazing. I dont know what it was but the smell walking in was divine. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend Savannahs home and look forward to visiting again when I am in the area. Alexander's place was exactly what we needed for our stay. We were grateful to find a place on short notice around the holidays that was willing to accommodate our dogs. The private yard was perfect for them to run and get some energy out, while the house was comfortable and gave us space to rest. Alexander was very friendly and proactive in his messages about the home and the area. We hope to book again and take advantage of the cozy fire pit set up next time!

We had a great stay in Wilmington attending a family wedding. This house was in a very convenient location, close to everything yet in a walkable neighborhood! Definitely recommend!

This is the nicest, quietest AirBnb we have stayed in -+ bonus: with the most generous, responsive host. All of the views and vistas at this elevated retreat are spectacular!!! Love the location. Close to the beach and marshes and also plenty of porches and other seating spots to relax. Everything inside was comfortably and generously prepared for us - plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies, loads of towels, comfy couches and beds/bedding, beach needs…what more could you ask for? Grateful to have spent Thanksgiving ‘24 here.

It was a joy staying at Ross’s place! The home was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need for a relaxing weekend getaway, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Bathrooms were pristine and well stocked with fresh linens and essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept great! The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency that interrupted our trip, but Ross and Abigail were super understanding and accommodating throughout the entire situation. Their kindness and prompt communication made a difficult moment feel a little easier. I highly recommend this place—not just for the comfort and cleanliness, but for the genuinely thoughtful and responsive hosts. I’d absolutely stay again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. A park and lake is walking distance. Just about any store you need is a 5 minute drive away from the home. The beach is only 17 minutes away! (That was the best part) the neighborhood was quiet. A little too quiet! lol the game room was chill and the kids loved it. The host responds so fast like they just sit and wait for your inquiries lol! Overall it’s a dope spot to get for a small crew beach trip. Definitely will book again!!!!!

this house was absolutely amazing. It felt like a home. Everything was so comfortable. hosts were very nice. A whole fence backyard with toys and surfboards for the kids. Games and more this is perfect for a family trips really close to the beach less than 20 minutes away. Perfect house.

Absolutely loved our stay at Callie’s Harbor on Topsail Island! It truly felt like a home away from home. The house had everything we needed and more—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach equipment, games, and books. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the outdoor shower after long days at the beach. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and just a short walk to the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and make memories. And a huge thank you to our host, Conally, who was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. You can tell a lot of care goes into this home, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We were in town for a graduation event and had a fabulous time. My family of five were comfortable in this peaceful location. This listing is close to all the popular locations. The house was clean and ready for us. The hosts were outstanding. Both of them were extremely responsive and very kind. We will look to stay in this location again next year.
