Ideal apartment to relax, work, enjoy the surroundings and/or visit Paris. The bedrooms are pleasant and the view from the balcony is calming (Eiffel tower). You will be 15 mn away from the RER B that takes you to Paris center or Charles de Gaulle airport. The tramway T1 - down my building - takes you to the metro 7 and 13. Facilities for sports events or concerts are near the apartment (Saint-Denis Basilica, Stade de France ...). You can use a private, secured, underground parking spot.

It has 4 bedrooms each with 160 cm beds, a kitchen open to the living room area, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms/shower rooms over 105 m2. With metro lines 13 and 14 at the bottom of the building, you will be 15 minutes by metro from Saint-Lazare, 20 minutes from Châtelet and 10 minutes on foot from the Stade de France, the location is ideal for visiting Paris.
