Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Nice peaceful accommodation with view connected to Wi-Fi by fiber, in the historic center of Saint-Denis, a cosmopolitan and authentic suburb of Greater Paris Less than 10 minutes' walk to RER train station, line 13. 20-minute walk to the Stade de France. 20 minutes from Gare du Nord (walk to the station then lines D, H, K) 30 minutes from Place Clichy (line 13) and Chatelet (lines 13 and 14) Shopping street nearby. Overlooking the courtyard, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the city.

Close to RER B and D and CDG airport Sheets and towels are provided. No parking but paid parking Indigo Saint Denis Porte de Paris 2 min. Spaces in the surrounding streets possible. Double sofa bed + real comfortable mattress, Netflix TV, WiFi, all appliances available, washing machine. Building under renovation but no work at the moment.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.
