Villa holiday rentals in Port Royal

Place was exactly as described. Had one small hiccup and Janet was very responsive and had it resolved. Directions/instructions in house were very helpful for things like TV, A/C, etc. Can’t beat the view if you’re a golf fan, sitting on the screened in porch and watching the 9th at Harbour Town. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants at the lighthouse, so a very convenient location. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo! The condo location being so close to the beach was perfect. We appreciated that this condo came equipped with everything we needed and more. The decor was nice and we loved being able to see and hear the ocean from the balcony. The pickle ball Courts were close and our family enjoyed playing daily. We also enjoyed renting bikes on property and exploring the beautiful island. I really appreciated the accurate information, instructions, and clear, quick communication!

Paradise found! 135 Evian worked so well for us. Perfect location and surroundings, quiet. We loved the traditional, beachy feel that the owner had put in some lovely antique pieces and artwork, which is totally our style. Quality sofa and mattress is also very much appreciated, as well as good cotton linens, kitchen items and functionality of the whole unit. We’ll be back!

My family really enjoyed ourselves! Holly was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The place was exactly as pictured/described, and we were highly impressed with all the amenities offered! From beach chairs and umbrellas to coffee and tea, you name it and it was provided! This is our 3rd year staying at this awesome spot. Meaghan is always so great. We love being able to walk to Harbour Town for sunsets on the pier. Looking forward to staying here for years to come. Thanks

Maureen was very accommodating after our first airbnb was double booked, leaving us without accommodations the morning of our trip! She got us into her spacious, clean home day of. We love how close the house is to the beach and would come back again. Thank you Maureen!

We really enjoyed our week of R&R on HHI. Everything was super comfortable in the condo & beachy! A few things that I definitely would recommend are new fluffy pillows for the master bedroom and extra towels. Other than that, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, starters for laundry and paper goods were provided, bathrooms were pristine, & the view from the condo was so peaceful. The walk to the beach is a half a mile and takes about 15 minutes. I highly recommend renting bikes as we rode every day back-and-forth to the beach and you can also rent chairs & umbrellas also from Pedals (off of Pope Ave) for a very reasonable price for the week. We didn’t want to leave! It’s a lovely condo in a great location to the other plantations and local restaurants & stores.

The hosts were wonderful—super responsive, accommodating, and provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The location was unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to the best beach on the island and about 15 minutes to the entrance of Sea Pines, which was ideal for running and biking enthusiasts like us. I had to work during a few days of the trip, and the apartment’s cozy corner office setup made it easy to stay productive. The kitchen had everything we needed, including modern appliances and all the basics to cook at home, which we did most days. The apartment was cozy and thoughtfully laid out, with bedrooms that offered plenty of privacy. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to return

Great place to stay with family. The home was clean and spacious. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Suzanne is a great host and communicator. The villa is in an excellent location with a wonderful beach and pool view. The space is very clean well maintained. The complex is walking distance to golf and tennis/pickleball. The pools and hot tub are lovely. Suzanne's personalized guide book provides great detail on the villa as well as thoughtful recommendations. My family had a wonderful visit and highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay! The place was beautiful, well appointed and immaculate! Linda and Jay were very easy to work with and communicative throughout the stay. We definitely plan on returning and highly recommend Lookout Lagoon!

We had a fantastic time. The beach was a light and easy walk, and the accommodations were perfect. Our two little grandchildren stayed in the bunk beds. My wife and I had the master suite. My two older daughters had the queen bed on the second floor. Excellent accommodations for a family. The only complaint I have is that we didn’t want to leave. We’ll have to go back. It rained a little, so we couldn’t ride a bike as much as we wanted. But we managed to get out betwee the rain systems.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo and walk to the beach are as described. The shuttle does not run during or after a rain, which caused a little issue with getting my elderly mother there, but other than that, it was handy. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items and starter supplies. It even has a collection of toys for younger children. The balcony overlooks an outdoor pool which was nice (but unclear from the pictures). We had no communication issues and would consider booking again.

Condo was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for us. Resort has everything you need. Short walk to the best beach. Amazing pool. Saw some wildlife around the pond from the balcony. The keypad door lock was aggravating…that’s one upgrade I’d recommend.

This location was great. The condo was super nice and beautifully decorated. Carolina Coast was excellent in there communication and response time. I would definitely stay here again.

WOW! We’ve been staying at Shorewood for years and this unit was beautiful and pristine!! Probably one of the cleanest/tidiest places we’ve ever stayed and so comfortable! The location is one that you cannot beat and not that you would want to leave, but there is so much to do that’s walkable at Coligny! Our kids LOVE the pool as well! We had the pleasure of running into Robin and Peter on the beach and they were so kind and an absolute pleasure! Loved having them as our hosts and cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Nicholas’s rental! Perfect location especially for family with children. Fenced in pool right outside, can walk to beach, and convenient to most things on island like nature center. Was everything we needed and plan to stay again.

Great place!! Lots of room to spread out and a kitchen well stocked with what you needed. Location was also great to walk to the beach and the nearby Coligny plaza area and the kids Adventure play ground

The stay was perfect! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The condo was clean, bright and sunny! The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the views. If I come back to HHI I will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Looked exactly like the photos. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Pool area is beautiful. It was too cold to utilize but I would love to come back during warmer weather!
