This property is a little piece of heaven; private, safe, relaxing but also near everything you would want and need. The beach was so private and beautiful and the beach cart was an added bonus. Claudia answered within minutes and was so helpful. Our pup loved the yard too. We hope to cone back for a longer stay in the fall.

Great stay! Christian had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Christian was great at communicating. The Airbnb was spacious and clean. I will be staying at his Airbnb in the future!

Wonderful location with a second floor view of the ocean! Everything you will need for your vacation is there. Easy walk to the beach or the marsh. Definitely the best value for our family of two on Fripp!!!

We had a great stay in Beaufort while attending the Gullah Festival-a perfect getaway for me & hubby, my sister & her family & our fur baby. The home was just as beautiful as the photos—clean, comfortable, & spacious. Faith & Jeff were incredibly welcoming, responsive, & accommodating. After checking out, I was frantic thinking I had left an important item. I texted them & they responded immediately with the same sense of urgency & went out of their way to search for the item —an act of kindness & care really appreciated. If you’re a reader, you’ll appreciate the detailed notebooks provided with thorough instructions & thoughtful info about the area. From the nicky picky corner, I’d advise guests to expect the occasional water bug or spider, which I assume comes with the Lowcountry. Also, the Blackstone grill was dirty, so a gentle reminder to guests that it’s always kind to clean up for the next person. In all, we had a lovely experience & would definitely return. Alyssa was a great host very responsive. The home was exactly as described no surprises that negatively impacted our stay. I would recommend staying here if you have a large family. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 5.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

What a great location! We took multiple walks per day to the river since it was such a short walk. The park is beautiful and scenery is varied based on the tides and time of day. Same with local restaurants and stores, and the weekly farmers’ market—easy walks. The setup of the house was perfect for us and the backyard is private and idyllic, despite the house being so centrally located. We can’t recommend it enough.

Extremely responsive and helpful host. Great house, gorgeous, peaceful views. Perfect location. Will definitely be back! This house is perfect for a couple, workable for a family of three or four. Bathrooms clean and new but small. Lots of wildlife. Enjoyed the nature walk, bike riding and proximity to Harbourtown. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Great location along Coligny Beach! We took advantage of the beach chairs and was nice to be a short walk back for anything we needed. We purchased and left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. Condo is ideal size for 2 guests as listing suggests.

So many positives. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want for meal prep. Lots of silverware. Even extra coffee, filters, condiments. If you can leave anything behind for the next guest, please do so. We left paper towels, toilet paper, plates, etc. Communication was fast, simple and timely. VERY clean. It was a great trip and their place made it absolutely worry free and pleasant. Thank you, Mike.
