In its surroundings there are all kinds of services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. If you're looking for a special apartment, this is definitely it. Documentation will be requested from all guests on the reservation as required by Spanish law R.D.933/2021

We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

It is a newly renovated house in the old town of Alicante (the neighborhood). It has been decorated with modern and practical furniture.The three rooms (dining room-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom) have windows that favor the entry of natural light. By location it is very close to the most characteristic places of the city, beach, castle, town hall, restaurant area and glasses. If you have a few days to get to know the city it is very close to all the combinations of urban transport.
