Beachfront holiday rental in Port of Alicante

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

It's a perfect apartment for a plan like ours (a 5-day couple's getaway). The beach next door, the tram too, good restaurants and the center of Alicante about 15 minutes by tram. The apartment is small, but you don't miss anything. Not a single noise at night. Communication with Rubén was excellent, by phone he informed me of everything at the time, and he even took care of booking us a taxi to the airport. Perfect stay, we will return for the apartment, the host and the beach, which is spectacular

Lago and Alba are perfect hosts, considerate of tourists and caring. The accommodation was really clean and well equipped. The residential area is quiet and a 10-minute walk from the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and you can quickly reach up to two different beaches. Very easy way to communicate with the host. Small delicacies are a pleasant surprise on the day of arrival. I definitely recommend it!

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Amazing place and view , the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay . The sunrises are gorgeous with a view directly from the bedroom bed. The host is caring and available all the time. The place , price and quality are perfect . The case when reality exceeded expectations . Convenient area in terms of transport links to the center and the airport . Wide beaches and wonderful sand . I would come back here again. I highly recommend !))))

An excellent and relaxed alternative to a hotel stay. Recommended. The apartment has the basics for vacationing. Ex: Toaster and plenty of electric plugs / extension cords. Very good renovated bathroom with a good floor that is not slippery. A shower cabin with a great shower. The apartment has ample landing space for items / tables / shelves. Big fridge/freezer. The balcony furnishings are more stylish than pictured. Good sturdy balcony chairs. There are two good elevators in the stairwell. There is a ramp in the lower lobby with a handrail. There are no significant thresholds in the flat. The apartment is also suitable for people with limited mobility. One step in front of the entrance door. Otherwise, the whole is accessible. The accommodation is secure with two locked doors before the elevator. It's good to note that there is a busy multi-lane driveway in front with traffic that may disturb some on the balcony. We didn't mind at all. The overpass to the beach is good. Even better if the elevator is made to work. There are plenty of stairs now.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

Everything was just what we wanted. Daniel was a fabulous host and everything was really easy. The place was exactly as described and perfect for the type of holiday we were looking for!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Could not recommend enough! The apartment was absolutely perfect, very central and easy to find, perfect location so central but also very private and safe. Every staff member we met at reception went absolutely above and beyond, they were so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We were warmly greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped – even sunscreen, a sun umbrella, and loungers were provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. A truly great place that I can confidently recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay in Desislava's apartment. His Airbnb is really complete, nothing is missing, everything is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is ideally located, close to everything: beach, restaurants, shops... We didn't even need a car to fully enjoy our stay in Alicante. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly maintained, and in addition to that, Desislava is a lovely host, very kind and understanding. It's really nice to deal with someone so human and available. Usually, we book hotels for our holidays, but here we felt even better than in a hotel: the intimacy, the comfort, the location... everything was perfect. Don't hesitate for a second to book with her, and for our part, if we return to Alicante, it will be without hesitation at Desislava's!

I stayed at Aurora's place for a short family break during the Easter half term. The flat was very well located and only a short walk to the beach, Aurora provides beach towels which is super handy. The old town is also a short walk away and Aurora recommended some great restaurants, Nou Manolin is particularly good, so good we went twice. If you go, you have to try the super mouse! The flat itself is immaculate, and 6 of us stayed very comfortably. The flat also has wonderful sea views. I highly recommend Aurora's flat for a great place stay in Alicante.
