Holiday rentals with a patio in Port of Alicante

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

We had a great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the city center — you can easily walk everywhere. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with everything you might need in the kitchen. The parking space in the garage was a big plus — the car was always safe and out of the sun. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He waited for us late in the evening to hand over the keys, gave us clear instructions, and explained everything in detail. He also left us everything we needed for the beach. We were greeted with a fridge full of drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we were very happy with our stay!

Excellent location. Everything worked, including internet. Esther was immediately responsive to any questions. The only drawback is that the apartment is up 80 stairs (as was described in the advert).

We had a great time. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Host was warm and available. I recommend it without hesitating!

An unforgettable stay, we would have stayed in the house all the holidays. It has a special charm, the house does not lack a detail. It's ideal for going with a pet. We felt at home. It is a quiet area with good transport links. The host Eduardo was not there (but attentive to what we needed), but his sister Ana was with her dog Milna, who we fell in love with. Without a doubt, if we return to Alicante, we would love to stay at Casa LA COVA. Thank you very much, I wish there were many accommodations like this

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on holiday! I highly recommend it.

We were 4 people who rented this apartment for a week. The apartment was very clean and modern, with good facilities such as a swimming pool and a short walking distance to the beach. The host was very friendly and made recommendations on everything from nearby restaurants to grocery stores to do weekly shopping. Here you get a lot for your money and it is definitely a place to recommend!

We were very comfortable. The parking is very spacious and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need and is very cool and quiet. You can walk to the beach and there are shops nearby to buy. The location provided by the app is wrong and sends you to Benidorm. I recommend asking the host for the location so you don't get lost. We had an amazing stay at Dominique’s apartment. He was very responsive and accommodating. His place was immaculate, comfortable, well -stocked, and tastefully decorated. The pool is an awesome added amenity. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The private parking space is very convenient as it was difficult to find street parking. There were many great local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We highly recommend his apartment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
