Holiday rentals with beach access in Port-en-Bessin-Huppain

Everything was perfect and perfectly organised by Florence. Thank you for that :-) The communication was completely unproblematic. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. I have not found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I could not park in the parking lot of the residence. I understood that a private parking space was available. Thank you for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the wonderful terrace :-)

Very pleasant stay in the home of Stéphanie. Everything was there, the view, the decor, the cleanliness and much more. No complaints. A pleasant place to disconnect.

We had a great weekend in Courseulles-sur-Mer. The apartment perfectly matched the listing. We'll be back for sure!

Although this is a studio flat the separate areas (kitchen, living/dining room and bedroom) are larger than we expected. We enjoyed oysters from the oyster farm across the street one night and had a fabulous meal at the Michelin starred restaurant across the street. The flat is easy walking distance to Juno beach, and a good base to explore the other DDay beaches. We appreciated that there were some cooking supplies available and we appreciated trying the local cider. We highly recommend the flat.

Well situated with great view over the estuary and convenient for finding places to eat. Clean comfy and compact apartment and perfect for our stay in Courselles.

Without a doubt, one of, if not THE best place we’ve stayed through AirBNB. Our hosts were wonderful and did a great job at translation with us. They were super-friendly and super-responsive. None of my family wanted to leave when our time was up. The quiet location and complete lack of tourists was very welcomed. This stay was exactly what we prefer and enjoy. We would very much like to come back, as there was so. Much more to see and do than what we had time for. OUTSTANDING HOSTS AND PLACE TO STAY!!!

We had a great stay. Great location and the place was very clean.

Stephane is a caring, helpful and proactive host. The cottage is about 3 blocks from Arromanches center that has great shops and restaurants and the ocean is right there and d-day history in front of you. The cottage is an oasis of tranquility and privacy.

We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

We had a great stay at this property. It is central to all of the beaches for the Normandy landings. The property was nice and clean felt spacious private area nice and quiet.Port Bessin is only a 10 minute drive with lots of restaurants and is a lovely place to walk around.

In the Normandy countryside, in the immediate vicinity of the sea and in the heart of the landing beaches, this fully renovated and impeccably clean accommodation deserves these 5 stars! The hosts are very attentive, special mention for the bottle of cider. We spent a memorable stay there as a family, in memory of those who fell on this land.

What a treat! It is absolutely beautiful here! It feels like you’re stepping into a movie. We loved walking around and looking at the grounds and I wish we had more time to go on all of the trails and paths that were mapped out for us. We felt right at home immediately and I can’t state enough how beautiful this space is. The beds are very comfortable and the only sounds you hear are birds chirping.

We had a great week at this place. The whole place matched the photos, whether it was the interior or the relaxing view of the sea. The bedding is good quality and the accommodation is worth the asking price. The host was discreet throughout the stay (unless we needed her by message), we just met her for the key handover before our departure. She is kind and smiling. We highly recommend this accommodation or we will come back if we have the opportunity to spend time in Normandy.

We traveled with my husband and son so we can visit D-Day monuments. This home is conveniently located by the beach and in a short walking distance from the village center and several bunkers. It’s a lovely home, has everything you need and plenty of space to relax. If you have problem climbing sharp stairs though keep in mind the bedroom is on the upper floor. The very responsive owner says clearly “you are responsible for cleaning the house” so also keep in mind if a previus tenant cleaned it before you come, It might not be the same standards as your cleaning. But anyhow I always sanitize everything on my arrival no matter what. Over all it was a good and comfortable stay and I would come again. Thank you Pascal!!

What a perfect stay we have had, truely outstanding. The cottage was so pretty, clean and beautifully furnished. The location was excellent for exploring the vast history and beautiful Normandy countryside. Rodolphe and his family were extremely welcoming, friendly and on hand to offer any help or recommendations. We really enjoyed every minute and would love to return next year. Highly recommend. We had a great weekend at Frédéric's, the apartment is modern, well laid out, well stocked, nothing was missing! And what about the exceptional location with this balcony and its sea view. All this just a stone's throw from the centre. Frédéric always responded very quickly and was very accommodating. We were greeted by Michel on arrival who was very welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

My husband and I have just spent two wonderful weeks at Miguel and Karine's. The apartment is very functional and warm, and of exemplary cleanliness. They are very attentive hosts and really concerned with making their nice accommodation as hospitable as possible. Nothing is missing: there are even some very well-chosen books and indoor and outdoor games! The location with sea view is really very nice: very quiet and in a nice residence. Impossible to get bored even if you want to forget the car: just a few steps away, there is the nautical club and the beautiful promenade along the beach (for pedestrians and bikes) that goes from the resorts of Lion sur Mer to the centre of Ouistreham with a seaport and various museums... and nearby: a very good restaurant and a small beach bar for ice cream and pancakes: very nice! It was a great discovery and we hope to return!

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.

What's the best way to describe feeling like a princess in an Airbnb accommodation?🥰 Built in 1899, Villa La Sapinière is quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Anne had already sent us detailed information about the exact location of the apartment before our arrival. There was also a useful manual in the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, we immediately noticed a very pleasant scent and the hand soap also smelled very good. For our dog, a towel was ready under the stairs in the entrance area, which we appreciated very much, as it had just rained heavily. Orange juice and water were waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment is a beautiful, bright studio with perfectly colour-coordinated, very tasteful furnishings. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bedroom with the carpet was incredibly cozy. We are already looking forward to our next stay there. Thank you❤, Anne!

Excellent communication with the host who gives a lot of details about the stay. Beautiful location in the city; sometimes neighborhood noises, these remain within the acceptable. Review the shutter fastening to ensure the apartment, which is at street/sidewalk level, can be completely closed. Easy parking. Well located in relation to the cities to visit. I recommend

The accommodation offered by David is tip top! Calm, breathtaking sea views, sunset from the "veranda terrace", a location 20 minutes from Caen that allows you to enjoy the city, the countryside and the seaside! What else can I say? An available host, and finally, a nice decor that adds charm to this romantic weekend on the beaches of Normandy! You can rent with your eyes closed!
