Pleasant new studio with all amenities in the town of Port des Barques. You will have a very nice sea view in a quiet and natural place ideal for relaxing, close to a small beach and the seafront perfect for walks. You will be a 10-minute walk from the city center and all its amenities, Ile Madame, the marshes, the islands of Aix and Oleron and the mythical Fort Boyard. June, September and October rental with minimum of two nights, July and August rental by the week.
