Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable, air-conditioned with a small inner courtyard super nice, consistent with the photos. Quiet environment, close to the sea. Estefania is available to give good advice. The mother is very kind and welcomed us upon our arrival. To discover!!!

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. We didn't have much time because we were going to an event. Graham was on the lookout to give us clear instructions on how to get there, park, and restaurants. Incredible views where you can breathe tranquility. Highly recommended place, with everything you need for a longer stay.

It went very well during the stay! Listing was as described, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless and enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

It was a great few days, we felt right at home. The house was very clean, both bed linen and towels smelled great. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a tray with a little bit of everything ( coffee, infusions and details for the little one ) that is to be appreciated. Marga and her sister Tere are fantastic people, they took care at all times that we didn't miss anything. The beach 2 min and and supermarkets 3 min by car. If another occasion arises we will repeat. Thank you for everything.

A perfect stay! Apartment as described and very nice, we felt at home. Mar is very easily reachable and pleasant. I recommend it 100%, and the small town of Canet d'en berenguer and the port of Segunt are really nice places to stroll in the evening and enjoy the beach🏖️. Thank you

We were great in the apartment. The truth is that the apartment had everything you need. We miss absolutely nothing. Anything we needed was found scrambling through the apartment. 30 minutes from Valencia and a 5-minute walk from the beach. If we can, we'll do it again. Thank you for everything Enrique!!

It is quite recommended, I went with my family and we were quite comfortable, it is nothing from the beach, you have the restaurants nearby and the village next door. There's also downtown, you can go around and get to know the area. The apartment was very clean, Mario, was attentive to us. It really is ten. To go back to.

Beautiful well-kept apartment, close to the beach, cookies, jam and coffee for breakfast. We stayed one night in transit, slept wonderfully, walked on the beach and then on the road. We highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Harald’s place in Valencia. The apartment was really nice, with great views and everything we needed. It was in a brilliant location, close to loads of great food spots. (We went to Chick Shack twice!) Everything felt easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment is beautiful. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks Harald!

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. The host was fantastic—very friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even gave us some great local tips that made our trip extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting Valencia. A truly enjoyable and hassle-free experience!
