Small fisherman's house, full of charm and comfortable close to the sea, walking distance to the beach of the small harbor, 5 minutes from the customs trail (GR34) to enjoy beautiful walks. The house is located in a hamlet of absolute tranquility, 1 km from the village of Pordic with all the shops, close to Saint-Brieuc and the train station that connects us to Paris in 2 hours 15 minutes. The fully renovated house, with enclosed garden, has all the necessary amenities for a memorable stay.

Charming typical Breton gîte "Ti Quartier"

This cottage has lots of charm and is furnished with care. Great for couples with 1 child. On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, an open bedroom that offers a warm atmosphere. We have 2 beds, the first 160*200cm and the second 90*190cm. welcome kit Bed sheet and towels are available at an extra cost.
