North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Our family-friendly apartment on a rest farm in a quiet beautiful location offers you a welcome break from stressful everyday life. Whether the tranquility in the garden,a bike ride to the nearby Westerhever Leutturm or the hustle and bustle in St.Peter-Ording. There is something for everyone. The apartment is equipped with three bedrooms, a parlor, bathroom and a spacious kitchen with dining table. A large fenced garden with terrace offers space to play and nice barbecues.

Upstairs are three 15 sqm bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room, a separate toilet, the utility room with washing machine and freezer. From there you can access the 30 sqm south-facing terrace and the 800 sqm garden with whirlpool and sauna house.

Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

Welcome to the "Lieblingsstube" The apartment on the first floor is one of 4 residential units in a quiet village location in the municipality of Welt on the North Sea peninsula of Eiderstedt between the North Sea resort hotspot of St. Peter-Ording, the romantic harbor town of Tönning and the small town of Garding. The "Lieblingsstube" is the perfect place for a long-awaited and well-deserved break.

The house can be booked for 4 persons. Cozy warm with oven and sauna. Beach and shopping are within walking or cycling distance . You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.

Experience an extraordinary break in our lovingly decorated old radio wagon. The wagon stands idyllically on our Bioland farm in Tating, just minutes from St. Peter-Ording – surrounded by goats, vastness and fresh North Sea air. There is a shared wet area, along with a dishwasher and a barrel sauna that can be used for donation.
