Wonderful stay in this beautiful house with every comfort, tastefully decorated and extremely clean and pleasant. Perfect for cutting yourself off from everyday life and going green. Very well located in the heart of the village and hiking departures. Absolute happiness thanks to the hot tub, a hot bath to the sound of birds. Olivia is very available and the communication is very pleasant. For us, everything was perfect. Thank you for it.

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Geert and Carine were great hosts- we even got fresh strawberries, eggs and every day corn to feed the cute alpacas 😍 highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Thank you!!

Nice accommodation in a very quiet area. Good bed, nice shower and the possibility to cook yourself. We were allowed to store e-bikes inside and we also enjoyed the nice view of the garden. Michel is a very nice host and we also liked that there were so many maps available for cycling and hiking.

It's the kind of place that inspires you, and I really want my own home to look like this beautiful apartment. I absolutely loved every detail. But beyond the beauty of the place, it was the commitment of Valentin, my host, that made all the difference. Valentin is a real sweetheart! He personally invested himself to ensure that I felt perfectly comfortable and that everything went smoothly. Quiet cottage in the farmhouse. We were warmly welcomed. We had a peaceful time to visit Belgium as well as the nearby villages recommended upon arrival. However, be careful not to register your vehicle for the visit of certain Belgian cities for ecological low emission zones because there is a risk of large fines if not done on time.

Sophie’s apartment was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the area as it is close to a lot of restaurants and only about a 5 min walk to the metro (A line). It’s on the ground floor so no stairs or difficultly getting luggage into the apartment. I loved all the baby essentials she provided like the baby cot, high chair, baby bath and changing pad. Made us feel like we were right at home!

Communication with Tine was excellent from the very first moment. The view of the sea and the sky... every sunset in the sea is different every day... incredibly beautiful. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and very well renovated. It was also handed over really perfectly clean, everything smelled...it is also absolutely practical to have a garage space for the apartment. You can really feel at home in the apartment. Tine is full of warmth and helpfulness. She gives wonderful tips for the area. What do I say? It doesn't get any better than this 🙂👍🏼🍀❣️

This beutiful apartment is in a little village outside the bigger village of Ypres. Perfect. Ann tells me that it's a lovely walk (I think she said about 45 min) to the village if you don't have a car - though I would recommend a car for exploring the area. The apartment is so cozy, clean and welcoming. And the bed is perfection. I just wish the weather would have cooperated and we would have been able to enjoy the shared garden. Though Ypres is much smaller than Brugge or Ghent - it's perfect. Great restaurants in the village square and a central location for all the drives to the WWI memorial sites. I highly recommend staying at Ann's apartment, it's a warm and comfortable space to start and end your long days of exploring.

I had a fantastic experience staying in the apartment. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Sabine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like snacks, local tips, extra amenities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We felt very comfortable! The view was fantastic and it was relatively quiet in the house and also on the beach. We will be enjoying the few days of time off for a long time and are also thinking about coming back again :)

My husband and his friend stayed at Ann’s place for a cycling trip and they were extremely impressed with the quality of the place. Also they appreciated the secure parking arrangement, since they had some cycling equipment that they could safely leave in the car.

Highly recommend the apartment. The location was central to everything we wanted to see. The Menin Gate was approx 10 mins walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, was well equipped and was spotlessly clean. The onsite parking was an extra bonus. It was very private and peaceful. Leilei was immediately responsive when we sent any communication and proved to be very helpful. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept well (and intend to buy the same mattresses) restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance. A great find, thank you Leilei and team
