A true haven of peace! We had an absolutely perfect stay in this exceptional accommodation. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by hosts of great kindness, available and attentive. The accommodation is simply magnificent: a splendid private pool, a high-end jacuzzi, and a neat decoration down to the smallest details. Everything is designed for comfort and relaxation. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated; the bedding is comfortable! The icing on the cake: A very pleasant and relaxing exterior, as well as two adorable little cats that add an even warmer touch to the atmosphere. Ideal place to relax in peace. We leave with the desire to return very soon, and wish granted, we will return next week! 😁 Thanks again for everything 🙏 (and a little mention for the cocktails🍹)!

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, and there are certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a bed, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we couldn't get the heating on, but we could warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area and 20 mins from the coast. Christel's food is excellent and the places are superb and peaceful.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Everything was neatly clean and well maintained, which made us feel right at home. The surroundings are really beautiful: plenty of nature, tranquility and beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. Nice villages and sights can also be reached easily. In short, a perfect place for anyone looking for relaxation in a beautiful setting. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Geert and Carine were great hosts- we even got fresh strawberries, eggs and every day corn to feed the cute alpacas 😍 highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful weekend in De Burgmolen. It is a holiday home equipped with everything you need in a beautiful, relaxing location. Moreover, Erica is a top hostess. Definitely recommended!

One of the very best places we have stayed. Genuine kind and thoughtful welcome, spotlessly clean with modern light furnishing. It was so lovely to stay we would have been just as happy not going out and enjoying the comforts and garden of the property. We would have loved to extend our stay. Next time might try to use it as a base for some local bike rides. The owners have done a fantastic job and the many glowing reviews are well deserved!

Beautiful house offered by Armelle, all the spaces are very large and bathed in light. And above all, impeccably clean!! Communication was very fluid and flexible. Armelle was lovely to us and we had a wonderful stay in a quiet and very relaxing environment. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back as soon as we have the chance! A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

We stayed here with 3 couples and 4 children. Very spacious, beautifully finished holiday home with beautiful garden. This house has a lot of assets: a separate games room, beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, ...

Beautiful home in an ideal location, walkable to Cloth Hall, Menin Gate, and many shops and restaurants. Private garden in back is a perfect place to sit at the end of the day. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Highly recommended place to stay! One note: interior steps are steep and may be difficult for elderly guests.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

4 nights in the area and a central base with parking for 2 cars. Thomas is obviously a keen recycler and it shows in the quirky accommodation and decoration. Disabled aides for folks are fitted in the toilet and shower. All in all a great stop .

We had a lovely time! The house was well-located and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, including a super-king size bed and a little sun-trap garden. Samuel even recommended a local vet for our dog. The steep stairs may be a challenge for some visitors to be aware of.

We traveled to attend a commemoration of an event that happened in the area 85 years ago. We really enjoyed our stay in Esquelbeqc and in the house in particular. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful accommodation with plenty of space, quiet location and within walking distance of the center of Ypres. We were with 3 couples and 2 children. Plenty of space. Toys for the little ones are also available. Tilly and Stijn are friendly hosts, and were very flexible in arrival and departure times. Definitely recommended!
