We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Walk to the beach in 1 minute! Around the corner, there are plenty of delicious and cozy restaurants. The center of Katwijk also offers lots of nice boutiques where you can shop to your heart's content! The cottage has been completely renovated and is ready to welcome the first guests! We think our house is suitable for max 5 people. Bathroom will be renovated in februari 2024. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, airfryer and tostigrill and renewd in 2023.

Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

In front of your door you will find grazing Highland cattles and Konik horses. The chalet lies behind our Tulip farm and it can accommodate a maximum of 3/4 people. Peace, freedom and every night a beautiful sunset. Due to the enclosed garden, the chalet is also ideal for young families

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
