We were two adults with a larger dog and did everything right with the booking with Ivan and Erika. The accommodation is beautiful and the right decision for dog owners, as a really large area is fenced. You can enjoy the days there in a dreamlike way and take countless excursions by car from there. Lake Garda, with a really good dog beach, can be reached in about 15 minutes and is a great starting point for all activities. If we go to Lake Garda, we will definitely visit Erika and Ivan again, who have refined our short break with their warm manner. That was valuable. Thank you 🙏 ❤️

We were at Annanmária's last year, and we already knew that if we came to this area again, we would only stay here. The accommodation is located in a very clean, tidy, quiet environment, there are plenty of attractions in the area, Annamária and her family are very kind, I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of dining and seating areas, including two outside spaces. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom a good size. The location was ideal for exploring the Lake Garda area, Verona and Mantua. Plenty of restaurants within 15 minutes drive. There is a hob and microwave, but no oven, not a problem for us but limits what you can prepare if you eat at the villa. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Lake Garda.
