Condo holiday rentals in Ponta Verde

We stayed almost a month in the apartment and the experience was excellent! The location is great, with market, pharmacy, beach and craft fair all close by, which made everyday life much easier. The apartment perfectly met our needs — we were three people and it was very comfortable. The staff of the building were always very attentive, and the owner was always available to assist us promptly whenever necessary. The only point of attention is the air conditioning, which can be a bit noisy for those who have more sensitivity to sound. All in all, everything is great! I recommend the stay.

Ed. Côte D'Azur is very well located in a prime area of Maceió. Apartment 114 is spacious and super well decorated. It has almost everything you need (I just missed an Air Fryer). Paula Mauro is a great host and communication with her is easy and fast. I stayed there for 2 months and I have nothing to complain about. Perfect stay, and I intend to return very soon.

Great place, all very quiet and close to the beach. Wanderlei always friendly and took away all the doubts we had. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the Shopping Park, it depends on traffic. A 5-minute walk on the beach and you find stalls and the sea is great for bathing if you don't want to move the sea bath in front of the apartment is quiet too. Condominium safe, calm, no noises, perfect for those who want to rest. I highly recommend!

We love to leave the car in the garage and walk around the city. We'll practically only sleep in the apartment. We've been to Maceió several times, but it was the first time we did everything on foot. Next to the condominium there is a food court, on the next street, there are several restaurants and a pharmacy. The supermarket is about 10 blocks away. There is a pizzeria near GBARBOSA where the pizza cost 38 reais, and it was delicious. The condominium is in front of the beach. What was left to be desired was the damp, dirty and dark garage, and be careful when leaving with the car that can scrape the ramp. But this has nothing to do with the hospitality that Anna provided us. Finally, the condominium is in front of the street of a large school, and next to the sports court of this school. Arriving or leaving the condominium at the time of arrival or departure of the students must be extremely complicated. As for the apartment itself, it has everything, we were able to make our meals on site and it was very clean and fragrant.

Our stay in Maceió wouldn't have been so good if we had stayed elsewhere. The hosts were wonderful from the first contact, via messages, at all times very helpful, they were very flexible with check-in and checkout. The space is wonderful, exactly as it is in the photos, everything very clean and organized, besides being very cozy, it brought me a very pleasant affective memory, because the place reminds a lot of grandmother's house, even had bonbons that they left as a gift for us, want cuteness greater than that!? Same grandparent thing. The condominium is well located, has everything close by, pharmacy, restaurant, market, waterfront, everything is a few blocks away. They are so careful that even a "menu" with suggestions of what to do and where to eat is on-site. I and my friends are delighted when I return to Maceió if their space is available, I will certainly be staying with them. a strong embrace of dear Arthur and Vivien.

This is the best location because to do many things on foot, you only need to take the car when we want to go to a place further away, this location is full of bars and restaurants with good food and a fair price. Perfect in all aspects. We'll be back soon.
