Holiday rentals with beach access in Ponta Verde

Our stay was great,everything in the apartment is new, well-equipped kitchen, very good towels, well located apartment,host responded quickly.

Best accommodation via Airbnb. Apto exactly as in the pictures. Ample space, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 TVs, kitchen with ideal size and the living room is the gold of the place: very airy and with a cinematic view. Excellent location. Everything is impeccable.

Our stay was excellent, we were well received from the first day, the location is great, in Ponta Verde with everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and it is a few minutes from the waterfront, where you can enjoy the attractions a lot, Márcio was excellent, communicative, welcoming, gave us all the necessary support during the days we stayed, his space is very new, well cared for, exactly as advertised, and the building is new and modern, working 24 hours with reception and concierge, and a very pleasant penthouse, we will definitely come back again, I highly recommend it, we can only thank you!!!

Flat is very well located, has a very beautiful decoration and the condominium has a wonderful structure. Luana responds quickly and was very attentive. i highly recommend it, it was an amazing experience!

We took the stay for a brief trip to Maceió. The apartment and the building are very new. The building is not yet fully occupied, apart from the period we chose for “low season”, which provided a lot of comfort in relation to the use of the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. Mirela's apartment is very well equipped, everything works well, comfortable bed... we felt very well assisted. Mirela even gave excellent tips for healthy food restaurants since my husband had some dietary restrictions. The building is well located, facing the beach and is right at the end of Pajuçara, it is not such a busy part yet, but there are already good restaurants and developments emerging next door. It was a few days very well spent and I recommend Mirela's space without hesitation. The rooftop view is a highlight! It is an Airbnb with a hotel structure and experience, when the rooftop restaurant is ready you probably won't want to leave.

The apartment is very well located, close to everything, which really makes a difference — close to the beach and in a quiet region. One point that could be improved is the installation of an air conditioner in the living room. We've been staying on quite hot days, and unfortunately, neither the fan nor the room's air conditioning was enough to refresh the room. Outside this question, the space is excellent and we recommend for sure!

Great location, one block from the Ponta Verde waterfront. Apartment just like the ad, clean, with clean bed and bath linens. Air conditioning in both bedrooms in excellent working order, large living room. Host always available to answer questions and proactive for any repairs.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Excellent place, organized environment, surroundings with good buildings and commercial establishments, close to the Craft Pavilion, which you can cross and go straight to the beach, good refrigerator, utensils in good condition, kitchen cloth, oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, in short, the basics well done.
