beautiful place, the apartment has everything is really oceanfront, beautiful view, safe place and Gilnson super friendly and helped us a lot with everything

It was everything super nice, the only bad thing to point out is that the building in front was in construction and therefore the noise started very early, which is out of the Divainade control.

We spent 8 days, it is just as seen in the photos, ideal to base and go for a walk, Renato is very attentive to everything, super recommended. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful, of all the places we've hosted this one was sensational, perfect.. All extremely clean and with plenty of ambulances of cleaning supplies, bedding, towels, even beach towels, which in most do not leave anything absurd in other lodging. The apartment was slime and organized, exactly the same as the ad. The gatekeepers are polite, and the cleaning staff spends every day picking up the garbage. Victor was very polite and quickly answered my doubts. The apartment is right at the end of the jatiuca, to reach the waterfront are about 100m. Me and my husband liked it, recommend it and would definitely be back again.

My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

Carolina is always attentive..Francisco un Genio giving us her attention...just the detail of the street..there is something to get in the truck or 4 x 4 .. they are about to asphalt..the day that that happens will be the perfect place to enjoy a paradise vacation

We found what we were looking for: rest in a comfortable home, an inviting pool and a calm sea of warm waters! Our experience could not have wished for more. We were at 15 people and unanimous the feeling of returning soon. Few eventualities and everything resolved quickly. The location of the house is the strong point... it's worth too much!

Great location. A true paradise on Earth. Homemade always attentive and helpful. Dona Iara always affectionate — we were even greeted with two delicious regional cakes! The cozy place in the house made us feel like a bed and breakfast booked just for us. It was definitely worth every penny. Would recommend! We'll be back more often, God willing!

The house is impeccable! All clean, organized, not to mention how much we were in love with the decor! The hostess was present at all times, even before the arrival at the place. He gave me several tips and was always very proactive. The sure thing I have is that if I go back to town, I'll be staying in the same house. Completely in love!!

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

I made a trip with 2 more friends, and we have nothing to complain about, extremely clean apartment, exactly as in the images, and with all the necessary utensils we use on a daily basis, the location is excellent close to the market, pharmacy and close to the beach. Amazing AP, a wonderful location, perfect location, everything very beautiful and organized, close to wonderful beaches, a few minutes from downtown, a wonderful view and a huge mirror very good for taking pictures I loved it❤️😍🌺🥰 The stay was amazing, when I return I will definitely stay here again.
