Great location, close to the beach (6 min walking), supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, gym, and services, as well as feeling very safe walking around the neighborhood. Finally, Paolo is an excellent Host, very proactive, friendly and concerned about our stay. It secured everything we needed and responded very quickly! I will return for sure!

The apartment is very well located, close to everything, which really makes a difference — close to the beach and in a quiet region. One point that could be improved is the installation of an air conditioner in the living room. We've been staying on quite hot days, and unfortunately, neither the fan nor the room's air conditioning was enough to refresh the room. Outside this question, the space is excellent and we recommend for sure!

There is parking space, which is gold in Maceió rsrs, then you can do everything on foot. Tatiana is very helpful, responds quickly and leaves a WONDERFUL welcome cake. For those who wish to spend season, it is perfect. It even has a washer and water filter, a super economy on the trip! I'll be back more often for sure!

Our stay was excellent, we were well received from the first day, the location is great, in Ponta Verde with everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and it is a few minutes from the waterfront, where you can enjoy the attractions a lot, Márcio was excellent, communicative, welcoming, gave us all the necessary support during the days we stayed, his space is very new, well cared for, exactly as advertised, and the building is new and modern, working 24 hours with reception and concierge, and a very pleasant penthouse, we will definitely come back again, I highly recommend it, we can only thank you!!!

Great stay! Everything clean and working. Easy check-in, building and facilities looking new and well cared for. Excellent location, safe and next to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and a few blocks from the beach. I missed some items (wine opener and basic seasoning, such as olive oil and salt. I suggested this to the host). Apartment as in the photos (except the pool area. The pool area has no lounger and due to the construction of a building next door, it has no sea view).

Accommodation with an excellent location, with easy access to the main tourist spots in Maceió. The surroundings have the main services: laundries, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, etc. There are two beach chairs and a cooler in the accommodation, which demonstrates the attention to detail. Finally, a comfortable place to stay in Maceió.

We took the stay for a brief trip to Maceió. The apartment and the building are very new. The building is not yet fully occupied, apart from the period we chose for “low season”, which provided a lot of comfort in relation to the use of the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. Mirela's apartment is very well equipped, everything works well, comfortable bed... we felt very well assisted. Mirela even gave excellent tips for healthy food restaurants since my husband had some dietary restrictions. The building is well located, facing the beach and is right at the end of Pajuçara, it is not such a busy part yet, but there are already good restaurants and developments emerging next door. It was a few days very well spent and I recommend Mirela's space without hesitation. The rooftop view is a highlight! It is an Airbnb with a hotel structure and experience, when the rooftop restaurant is ready you probably won't want to leave.
