We are a 6/7-minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc. Our town has, in the center, a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude of 220 m, and nearby there are forests that provide an alternative to a day at the beach. From P.le Belvedere you can see the islands of Giglio, Pianosa, Montecristo and Argentario...... Given the altitude, the temperature is always pleasant. The house is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, in the upper part of the city, inside the Medici walls, built by Cosimo de' Medici in 1548, Grand Duke of Florence, descendant of Lorenzo de' Medici. Here the true Elban spirit still survives today. The house is a 40 sqm two-room apartment, with two small bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. It has all the amenities, such as air conditioning, a washing machine, dishes, and a water storage tank if needed.
