The beautiful half-timbered house is over 200 years old and has been completely renovated. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, bathroom, On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms. Top floor: living room, reading/study room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Landlord: uses the office!

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times. The approx. 40 sqm cozy apartment is located in the center of Hersbruck. Parking, restaurants & cafes and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. The first-floor apartment is about 8 minutes walk from Hersbruck train station. From there, a direct train to Nuremberg runs regularly (travel time only 14 minutes). You can swim, sauna and relax in the Fackelmann Therme (10 minutes' walk away). Hiking and swimming lakes are within a few kilometers.
