La Magara is an old house built at the end of the 18th century. It is located on the highest point of Civita, a small village of Arbëresh origins, at the entrance to the Pollino National Park. La Magara consists of 4 large rooms equipped with all comforts. Warm and welcoming lights, panoramic views, and simple, reused materials that reference the historical past of domestic environments. Each room has retained its characteristics and each has an outlet in a different street. La Magara offers an exclusive experience of history and customs: from food to colors, from silence to the magical atmospheres that the environments offer. Breakfasts are the ultimate expression of local culture. Homemade jams and desserts, local fruit freshly picked in the family garden give a good morning. The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

The apartment comprises a living area with a kitchenette, a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. On the balcony, there are also two deckchairs and a table with chairs for having lunch or dinner. Bedding and bath linens included in the price. The tourist tax, which is payable at the property, is not included in the price.
