Villa holiday rentals in Pollino

It was as wonderful as when we visited the villa for the first time back in 2015. We had great holidays.

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

We stayed for a week with our 3 teenagers in Fabio's house for a week. We were very well hosted, the house is in Cirella (townhouse 5 min from the beach so a little noise at certain times but you get used to it). The house is well-equipped with all the necessities which avoids buying everything when you arrive. Had a great vacation!

We spent a week in August at Villa Florio in Maratea and were extremely satisfied. The house is very nice, well divided and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The outdoor spaces are immersed in a well-kept green area, with a beautiful holm oak in the south. Here, you can enjoy breakfast from the sea or relax in the sun in total privacy, all accompanied by an enchanting view of the Gulf of Policastro and breathtaking sunsets. We highly recommend Villa Florio not only for the beauty and uniqueness of the place, but also for the kindness and hospitality of Maria Teresa and her partner, who made our stay even more special. Maratea and Basilicata are lovely places, and this villa is the perfect starting point to discover them.

Perfect location for a family stay. Host always available and courteous!

We stayed a week in the beautiful old house with flair, large garden and cozy coziness with four adults and two children. Sufficient space for everyone in three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor, as well as living room, dining room and large kitchen-living room on the ground floor with terrace exit. In short, we were all very comfortable.

The house is perfectly matched to what's described on the listing. We stayed in 9 and it was very comfortable. Despite the high outdoor temperatures, the temperature of the house is pleasant without the need to resort to air conditioners or fans. Nothing to complain about at the level of cleanliness, both the common spaces and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The location allows you to walk to a free beach and establishments. Host Vincenzo made himself very helpful from the beginning. Upon our arrival, he provided us with all the necessary information and also gave us several useful tips to visit the main attractions in the area. Overall definitely a very positive experience.

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! The best part of this home is the breathtaking view from the huge lower terrace and the upper terrace. This is an amazing home - perfect for two families with a full kitchen and a full bath on each level. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of closet space. Alessandro and his brother were so gracious and left a large basket of pasta, sauce, cheese and other goodies for us to enjoy. We were lucky enough to be there when the oranges on the trees were ripe and we asked if we could pick some. Fresh OJ every morning!

This is an amazing villa. It is the perfect place for multiple families to share a get together while having lots of space for separate time alone.

Gianbo’s place was absolutely stunning! Everything was clean and tidy. The view was spectacular and only minutes from the beach! 100% would recommend staying here!

Total silence, spacious well-served spaces, a pool among the olive trees, and nights stormed by stars brighter than precious stones. I don't know how to describe a slice of heaven. A heartfelt thank you to Miriam, always present and available for any needs. We hope to return again next year to have another wonderful vacation in Senise

This was a slice of heaven! Relax in the private pool or take a taxi to Il Merto beach! Or the closer, Fiumicello beach. Both wonderful …. Il Merto was a more beautiful setting - get a reservation at each before you go. The grocery was a short walk down and to the right for supplies and city center up is also great for restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and had many meals on the patio with a grand sunset.

Our visit at Masseria Misossero was truly pleasant! After we have arrived to the place Miriam showed us the house and explained how to take care of the facility. The communication was clear and fast when we had any questions. We were happy about the overall cleanliness of the house. It is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the views every day. We loved the big pool. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.
